We booked in good faith, paid $35 for an Uber to get there, arrived early, saw another couple that were also waiting, we went in and waited. More people were asking us why we were there given that the facility was closed and only to find out that the tour and experience could not be accommodated. I was immediately refunded the cost but not for the Uber. I spoke to Erica and she said there was nothing she could do about it. She did offer to send us on a scavenger hunt instead as a compensation but never sent me the information so we were out a total of $65 for Ubers and nothing else to compensate us

This tour took place on New Year’s Day, and unfortunately, the location changed its operating hours and did not open until 2 PM. Our tour was scheduled to begin at 11 AM, and this unexpected holiday hour change caused the situation you experienced. This is not a normal occurrence for our tours and was unfortunate.
You were immediately refunded for the tour once the issue was discovered.
I did offer an alternative scavenger hunt experience as a goodwill gesture, and the scavenger hunt information was sent to you by text message. I have confirmed on my phone that the message was successfully delivered, so I kindly ask that you double-check your messages.
I am genuinely sorry that your experience did not meet expectations, and I appreciate you bringing this to our attention.

Tour gave interesting insight on the colorful history of Pensacola. Encounters with ghosts gave you goosebumps. Excellent tour to take around Halloween or anytime.

This tour was absolutely outstanding! Erica was extremely knowledgeable and connected with the building. If you enjoy history and exploring the paranormal this is a must do if you're visit Pensacola! There was plenty of activity from spirits, equipment is provided and I brought my own as well! We lucked out and got the tour to ourselves, so it was a very personal experience. I couldn't have asked for a better day out, we enjoyed this immensely!

I'm a Boston-based author and medium and i wanted to do something special for my mom as a pre-Mother's Day lunch. Seville Quarter is special to my mom because she met my dad there when they were both employees there in the 1970s. This was my mom's first investigation and i have to say, both Valarie and Ericka were absolutely amazing. Highly recommend this tour and Ericka to anyone visiting my hometown.

We had a great time on this tour. The tour guides did a great job and our 4 kids had fun. This is a great way to learn about some Pensacola history. We enjoyed the lunch after the tour as well.

Ericka Boussarhane was amazing, and great at introducing the history in a way that you are able to see it in your mind. This was all my idea, something my husband would not choose to do on his own, and he definitely enjoyed it!

We enjoyed our tour with Erica. Her understanding and experience working with paranormal activity are impressive and extensive. The evening tour through Seville Quatres was very enjoyable whether or not you believe in spirits.

This was such a fun experience! I went with my two 18-year-old daughters and we loved every second of it. Ericka was an awesome tour guide, but also as a medium, her readings throughout the tour were uncanny!
We love ghost tours and have done our fair share, but this one really stands out. The equipment provided was super interesting, the stories were part fun, part somber, and dinner was good! I also got their signature drink, the Flaming Hurricane, and it was delicious! This was a blast!

One interesting moment was when one of the ghost meters showed the presence of a ghost. Really enjoyed the stories that our guide told. Our guide was exceptional! She was very interesting and fun.

Ericka was amazing, she made the experience fun and exciting. The history behind the seville quarter added to the overall experience.
The ghost detecting equipment enhanced everything and Ericka thoroughly explained every piece in detail and we were allowed to use it all and go any where to explore.
This tour is a must see when in Pensacola.

Host was pleasant, but the "ghost tour" was a waste of time. We were handed some cheap equipment that randomly beeped and were expected to go find our own spooky creatures.
The tour of the bars was nice, but we could have done that for free. The lunch was excellent, but again, we could have done that outside the tour. It was not worth the travel time and expense.

The entire experience lasted more than 4 hours, which was longer than I anticipated. My husband and I took our three teenagers (13, 15, and 17) and they all enjoyed it. The most impactful moment for me was when our group was upstairs, sitting around a large table and the equipment we were using clearly indicated who the message was for and what was helpful for that person to receive. When the message was complete, every person’s equipment went quiet all at once and there was a tangible difference in the air as it went from heavy and thick to immediately lighter. Bonus: the cupcakes they give you after dinner are totally amazing! My only reason for giving 4 stars instead of 5 was that dinner staff wasn’t prepared for the big weekend crowd and we waited a very, very long time for our dinner in a room that was really cold. So maybe bring a jacket if you’re sensitive to cold. Otherwise, it was awesome.
