This Pensacola “frightseeing” tour is an evening of fear and laughter—and every emotion in between. It’s a chance to travel back in time to another era, to see if ghosts really do exist.

Climb on board a 1930 Ford transit bus (or another vehicle) for an experience unlike any other. Uncover Pensacola’s darkest secrets and hear the stories of those lost souls who many locals believe still wander the streets of this historic town.

This shadowy, sinister tour begins at an active funeral home. Learn about the embalming process and more, then visit a former funeral home that now serves as a youth center—with bones in the backyard.

Visit the Seville Quarter and see a house where abortions were performed. The remains were hidden in the walls. Hear stories of psychics, hidden treasures, gunshots, murder, and the mysterious disappearance of a Greek immigrant.

In Sanders Beach, see the city’s most haunted house, visit a cemetery where someone was buried alive and find the grave of the most notorious black bank robber in US history. North Hill boasts a home that was featured on Syfy’s hit TV series, ‘Haunted Collector.’

Overall it was very informative and the tour guide was knowledgeable and entertaining The group we www with were fun The only thing that keeps it at four stars is the only place that we got to physically visit was the cemetery Other then that I had a great birthday present

I enjoyed the tour. Terry was very knowledgeable about the area. I am a history buff and love to see old homes. It did get dark and I was not able to see some if the homes towards the end. Of course this is a ghost tour so that is expected. I still had a good time.

Terry was amazing! Overall experience was great because of the guide and history ! The only thing I would change is that sitting in the very back of the van …can’t really hear or see what is going on. Very cramped. Paid good money for a seat and very squished.

My husband is hearing impaired. He could NOT hear the TV narrating the tour at all. I could barely hear it. The movie clips were distracting, disturbing and had nothing to do with the tour. The small white van was WAY too hot. I almost asked to get off due to the heat. The van was not pre air conditioned before adding 20 passengers on a 90 degree day. A small child was allowed on the tour who was well behaved. However the description of the tour states no children allowed. It was distracting. The hosts (2) were very good! Helpful, easy to hear and told interesting stories. They made the tour. We were disappointed overall and would not recommend.

We are sorry your overall experience wasn't what you expected. Children are allowed on the tour at parent's discretion. We will instruct our guides to cool down the van before each tour. You may always notify your driver if you are uncomfortable.

We were really excited to be taking this tour. We read the other reviews, and it seemed like it would be a good time. Unfortunately, we were disappointed. The old bus was cool. But for the entire trip, we just watched a bad-quality video of the places we visited which wasn't very engaging. It would have been so much better if we had had an"actor" to talk about the places. Also this time of the year, it was dark by the time we drove by many places. I wouldn't recommend this particular tour.

The bus driver and tour guide were great. The bus was running poorly and almost suffocated from bus fumes.. Almost became part of the tour on the bus.

Terry was so kind and well informed of the history of each site. He was great with gauging the group and keeping everyone entertained. The cost of the tour is really great when you consider how well planned it is and the duration (approx 2 hrs). The video was well timed with each stop which made you feel like you weren’t missing anything. The tour had a lot more sites than expected, which is wonderful for those really looking for a tour! The graveyard stop is also perfectly timed with dusk and is so rich in history on its own! Where we entered we saw a headstone with “Northup.” As I’d just watched “12 Years a Slave” that morning and recently returned from a trip to NOLA where we stopped at the Solomon Northup placard I was intrigued and looked it up. Not only was this Northup unrelated to Mr. Solomon Northup but he had a unique story on his own having been the Mayor of Pensacola. His house is actually a Bed and Breakfast we passed on the tour which has its own ghost happenings as well. Pensacola is rich in history and no shortage of spiritual experiences and the tour did a fantastic job of hitting some really high points but also some off the beaten path! The bus was also very comfortable and really helps to transport the guests to another time in history. Very well done and we can’t wait to go back for the other tours as well as the investigation of the house!

I was visiting Florida from Texas, my sister drove an hour after paying $159 for my whole family and my sister and I driving separately fighting traffic. We were two minutes late just two they drove off and left us kept our money would not call the driver to let us know that we were just 120 seconds late, the guy that came out and told us we would get no refunds we would get nothing was very disturbing and upsetting so we just lost $159 would not even call the driver so we could meet him somewhere. I will never do this again. They just stole my money.

Firstly, you did not see the bus drive away. The bus had waited about two minutes, but it made no sense to keep all the rest of the people who made it on time on people who had not even called stating they were running late. Also, when you had arrived, my staff person said that the bus had departed over 5 minutes prior to your arrival. He would know; you wouldn't know because you weren't there. We do not offer refunds on cancellations within 24 hours. Sorry you couldn't be there on time.
