What a fun way to end my night! I am a travel advisor and I like to try different activities when i’m visiting a city. I thought this would be a fun way to introduce myself to kayaking and it was! Staff are friendly. I had lots of good laughs!

We came to our scheduled event in the pouring rain. We asked if it would be canceled and we were told yes. We requested a refund. The event was 7/22. To date, we cannot get a response from the proprietor

This was so fun! The crew is super helpful and makes sure you feel comfortable. You get to pick your own color which to me was fun! It's the little things! What you need to know is this is not a led encounter. You get free reign over an area to explore and that is so fun! You are only in about 3 to 5 feet of water so you don't have to worry about falling out and ending up in a situation you cant handle. I loved it!

We had an hour out there and it was really fun! While the water was murky so we really couldn't see anything, the weather was wonderful, the sound was calm, and it was really just relaxing and calming to be out there in the nighttime, enjoying the night sky and water all around us.

My husband and I did this excursion on a whim and it was the best decision ever! The water was a little murky which of course there's always a 50/50 chance of that but that didn't stop it from being amazing. Just because we couldn't see anything below us, when you looked up to the night sky that was all we needed. It was truly a breathtaking experience.

Great concept, but not a great experience. Wear a swimsuit as you will get wet and flip flops because you can’t wear shoes in the boat, we are not told this.
We saw nothing, got bored and went back early. Not really worth the money.

One ticket is for 2 people to share a kayak. The Viator rep didn’t tell us that and it isn’t clear. So we bought 2 we assumed for the same time but for whatever reason she booked me at 730 and my husband at 1030. So I paid for an extra ticket unnecessarily. Not to mention that it isn’t even dark at 730. Since booked thru viator the glow paddle place could not refund me so having to deal with viator again to try to get a refund
