We booked our excursion the night before for a 2 hour tour at 2 pm. We received several confirmation emails. We went to the meeting location 15 early per the instructions but the tour guide never showed. After 2 phone calls and a text message I finally got to talk to “Nick”, the tour guide, and he informed me that he was not even in town. He did try to contact another guide to see if they could provide us a tour guide, but no one was available. Wasted several hours of our time going, waiting and driving back. Definitely disappointed with the entire experience. I have used this company on several occasions but in the future I will call to personally speak with someone to get it confirmed before I trust in them showing up.

Hey, I’m sorry that happened. It’s a one man show and I occasionally have family events to attend, like a wedding in Atlanta. Your booking came through at almost midnight the night before the tour. I tried to get someone to cover it and it didn’t work out. You were refunded fully. We do our best to accommodate all guests as you can see by all our other reviews, but sometimes things can’t be helped. I can text you photos of how late that booking came through. It sounds like your compliant is with viator sending us such a late confirmation and not Emerald Coast Tours. But I understand the disappointment. I hope you still give us a chance in the future to show you that we are a five star company and have been for 15 years.
Our tour operator was absolutely delightful! Not only was he bee knowledgeable about the history of Pensacola, he was hilariously funny! He and my husband could have talked for hours. The Segway was very easy to get used to and felt so freeing as you cruised through the streets of Pensacola. Would absolutely do this again!
This was an awesome experience. My friend and I had not ridden Segways before and were able to do it very easily. Our guide was great. We rode all over downtown. We saw great gardens and buildings. We toured an iconic bar in downtown. We heard excellent stories and history. Highly recommend.
I took the two hour tour and learned sooo much about all of Pensacola, the history, the important people, the architecture and the geography. I was lucky to have a perfect day and a perfect tour guide by the name of Rick. He was incredibly knowledgeable and answered every question I threw at him! I would encourage anyone who is thinking about a Segway tour to go for it. Am very happy I did!
Segways are easy to operate and fun. Guide was very knowledgeable and witty, keeping a running commentary that made the 2 hour tour fun and informative.

I had an amazing time! The tour guide was very knowledgeable about the city and resourceful. The scenery was beautiful, and the sightseeing locations were safe and peaceful.
Nic was extremely knowledgeable and passionate about Pensacola. He shared a lot about the area's past, present, and future. I had a blast riding around on the segway and visiting so many great sites.
We booked a 2p tour ended up being 6p tour.
A little dark to see some things that would have been better in day time. Tour was on a Monday

Nick was a great trainor and guide for our fist time on segways as well as seeing parts of PNS that would have taken us forever to discover. This was a very fun way to explore and see a lot within a 2 hr timeframe. 100% recommend!
Rick did an excellent job he was animated and very funny and was extremely informative with the history of the area "Little ole Pensacola"
Nick was great. His mix of history and local present day information was fun and worthwhile. Our family had a great time and really enjoyed the Segway tour. Next time we visit we will do the ghost tour.
My girls and I enjoyed this experience SOOOOOO MUCH!!!!! The ride was fun and this is a great way to learn a new city. Christine was the most AMAZING guide. Nick was so on top of communicating with us before we got there, and even cared enough to bring us bottles of cold water so we could stay hydrated. The Segways are easy to ride. Just remember that balance is of the essence! Christine took the time to teach us exactly what to do. She was positive, patient, energetic and knowledgeable about the machines as well as the history of the city. I thought nothing could top my tour of London, but I think she did! (No offense to my tour guide there.) Riding the Segway was so much fun. This is a MUST DO!!!!
Learning about the history of Pensacola was very cool and the guide was personable and knowledgeable. But that Segway Awesome to ride. Thank you very much.
Clay taught us how to ride safely as this was our first time riding segways. It was fun exploring Pensacola and “zipping” around town. We learned a lot about this beautiful town and would recommend this trip to everyone!
