This was an incredible experience. Captain was funny and very good. We booked the Scream I but it was out of service so we got to enjoy the Scream II. We loved it so much we went on the Scream III right after!! Highly recommend this place!

This was very exciting and there were lots of screaming lol. Everyone had a great time! The instructors were very friendly and you can tell they knew what they were doing. We were given thorough instructions before we started so that was helpful. If you like thrill and don’t mind getting wet, book this ride!! It was fun. I enjoyed myself.
This was such an awesome experience, it was just 5 of us and did we scream and enjoyed the water tour. Will be doing this again.

Hi there. We are also disappointed you weren’t able to experience the Scream Machine tour. This time of year we change our ride schedule from a summer schedule to a fall schedule. Your 7 pm tour was moved to an earlier time slot as the sunset is arriving earlier each day. Unfortunately your booking landed on the day we had to make that necessary change. Not sure this warranted a 1 star review but we hope you’ll give us another try sometime.
We booked the tickets for 3pm. On the day of our boat ride, I received a text from viator that there was not enough people for the boat trip. They offered a 5pm trip but we could not make that time due to other plans. They then offered a 7pm trip which we could not make as well. I requested a full refund but they said that's not poissible because I purchased my tickets through a 3rd party, which I did not. I've been waiting on someone to call me so that we can work this out but I haven't heard from anyone. I hope this review will cause someone to call me before I escalate this issue.

Hello there, you mentioned Viator. That is a 3rd party booking platform. When you book using 3rd party platforms we are subject to their cancellation policies and refund processes. If the tour was canceled it was either cancelled for lack of passenger minimum requirement, weather or vessel maintenance requirements. Those are the only 3 reasons a trip would be canceled. I will need your name, travel date and time of the tour purchased so I can begin to look into this for you. If all you are wanting is a refund please contact TripAdvisor or Viator support to request your refund. There was no need to leave this review. We don’t have any control over those companies.
It was a lot of fun. Best experience ever. Do recommend this ride to all to try. Will have to go back again!

We arrived over 30 minutes early. Boat ride scheduled for 1.5 hours to see dolphin and sunset. We set out at 7:08 PM. Saw only one fin of a dolphin, the captain and 2nd did an awful job of acting like they just couldn’t find any and it was obvious they wanted to just be done. We did a few more maneuvers which were fun but arrived back to the dock LESS than an hour after we left. For $200 this was NOT worth the price or time. Also, wouldn’t recommend for any child under 8 year of age. 2 out of 3 children on board were crying, that’s an observation and nothing to do with the operators themselves. Save your money, book the sea screamer or pray that the Sea Patriot comes back.

Hello there, I’m sorry for the mix up but all of our tours are only 1 hour long. We have never had tours scheduled for 1.5 hours except the annual fireworks tours on July 4th celebrations. All tours are 1 hour in length. As far as the dolphins are concerned, we can’t control them. Some days there are many and some days we can’t find them. We are primarily a thrill ride, hence the name Scream Machine. Dolphin viewing is just a small portion of each tour. If watching the sunset and seeing Dolphins is your primary objective, then I would recommend the sea screamer for that.
Amazing experience and worth every penny. We really enjoyed this experience. Prepare to get wet and hold on tight!

You are going to get wet and have tons of laughs and fun. The captain and first mate were very accommodating made younger members of our party who were a little scared at first more comfortable.
Captain was great. He did a great job interacting with everyone. Got to see a few dolphins and experience speed and sharp turns.
The ride was fun and unpredictable. The crew was super fun. My wife and kids had the time of there lives and seeing their joy made it the time of my life.
Was super fun, crew was amazing, only complaint is she never texted me the picture like they said they would of all of us. Bummer but still highly recommended!

This was so fun and I am glad our family got to experience it! We saw dolphins & really enjoyed going fast and whipping around on the boat!

I wasn’t sure what to expect at first but we had Mrs Kim and (I can’t remember the captains name) but they were both so much fun to hang out with! The super fun 360 turns were so much fun and he had great music blasting. There was 5 in my family (me, bf, 2 teenage boys and 10 year old daughter) and we all had smiles on our faces. Fun conversations, he would make us get wet IF we wanted to, looked for dolphins and jammed to music. Highly recommend!!

This was the best experience we’ve ever had. We’ve been coming here for four years now and always do some kind of attraction and this is by far the best. We did the 7pm ride and breath taking
