The crew was awesome
We had lots of fun, even though we only caught a glimpse of dolphins. We met some really nice people. I'm disabled and need extra help but the crew was always there to help.

You should know that they do not sell drinks on the tiki boat. You can bring drinks but if you want to buy drinks when you get to shell island, paradise tours has another boat there that you can buy drinks on.

We did the tiki boat tour! It was so fun you ride on the boat and go to a cove where you can swim, paddle board, snorkel, sit on the lily pad and even relax! You can also bring your own drinks and food.

Despite it being a rainy day and our original slot got moved to a later slot we had an amazing time! It did feel a little crowded on the boat but maybe because we were moved into another group since our original time got cancelled. As far as the bad weather, they communicated with us in a timely manner and worked with us to get us into another group so it was not stressful at all. You can take your own booze, drinks and snacks. Some people took sandwiches and other lunch items. You get to ride in the boat for about 30 mins going to and from the island. Once you’re there there is snorkeling, kayaking and inflatable water activities. My kids had a blast and the people working on the island were all so nice and helpful. Definitely worth it, I would recommend it to family and friends.

It was great our guides Trey and Trevor were awesome! A lot of other boats and choppy water they were really good at driving the boat safely. We got to see and watch several dolphins so it was awesome!

Captains need to treat clients with cold drinks, captains need to think of more impressions and a cleaner and deeper place to stop for swimming. It was boring, no activities, no feeding of fish for snorkeling, no dolphins shown. The guys - captains - are young, inexperienced.

Thank you for your feedback. We want to clarify that this trip is BYOB, so guests are welcome to bring their own cold drinks to enjoy. While our captains may be young, they each have years of experience and are highly trained to provide a safe and enjoyable tour.
We do often see dolphins on our trips, but since they are wild animals, we cannot guarantee sightings every time. Additionally, in accordance with wildlife protection guidelines, we do not feed any marine animals, including fish, to ensure we respect and preserve their natural behaviors. We appreciate your input and hope you’ll consider giving us another try in the future.

Bring your own alcohol, it is allowed long as it’s not glass not able to serve anyone right now. Had a great experience besides not not knowing we could bring our own drinks

It was a lot of fun I the captain and his first maid I believe it was Sam and Trevor or Tristan sorry about that they were both terrific I would recommend it to anyone we got to see a couple of dolphins. You can bring your own alcohol if you want then you have coolers with ice and it was just really enjoyable.
