Cast was fantastic, meal was good, dining room decor could be more realistic hence 4stars. Get involved with your table mates as soon as you sit down and if you play act who your boarding card says you you are, you should have a great time. The section after the meal brings home what really happened. Worth the money.

I would not recommend this dinner show to anyone. We were disappointed with the entire experience. We purchased our tickets through Viator and were not given a choice on dinner. The person at check in told us that we would all be served chicken but he was going to "see" if steak or anything else was available. He was able to find two steak dinners so four of us got the chicken and two received the steak. Food was a 5. I have been to a few dinner shows and this was by far the worst. Find something else to do!

Not a good experience, just ok.
Needs better organization, more staff a different cook or chef and probably new management all together. Took a friend to surprise her but we were both very disappointed. Price way too high for the lack of quality on the food. My entire table was commenting on how terrible and cold the food was.

Not the same as first visit. No toilets until you are sat down for dinner.
The experience not as good. The time they stopped the ship and then we all went outside onto the deck wasn't done as well, before it was more realistic. The food isn't good.

If you are hearing challenged, don't bother. The actors and actresses were quite good, but with no microphones, some background music and British accents, I could not hear/understand most of what was said except the lady who played Molly Brown. My wife had excellent hearing and she did ok. Viator did not seem to offer a way to choose your menu so we got the steak by default. The meat was raw. Rest of the meal was good. Some time to look at the artifacts if you skip the photo session. Price of photo package with USB was reasonable and the only time you can legally stand on the famous stairway. I called to let them know we had 2 separate Viator reservations seating together but that got lost when we arrived. Were able to sit together, so at least they solved that. I would have had the dinner wait staff dress up in period costume to extend the effect. You can't take any photos or video so if you want to recall the experience or the artifacts you only have your memory to rely on.

Immersive and fun! Actors were very entertaining and good. But food not on par with the experience and very meh. On their website there is a guest option to choose proteins but was told when we got there we had to call ahead, which was not on the site or confirmation. Our protien defaulted to the bone dry chicken. But overall it was a great, you pay for the experience not the food.

The experience was amazing but the viator experience is not! Our tickets told us to be there at 5 which then made us miss the first half of our experience very sad and disappointed as I paid for the bip package

Our group of 5 had a good experience. Light and fun at first, but as the event proceeded through the evening, the tragic events became appropriately respectful and somber. The cast was emphatic that the night ended with dignity and respect which we all felt was informative and suitable.

Too much standing around (1hr) while they try and make money taking their pictures. You have 50 couples taking turn getting a picture while everybody stands around doing nothing.

The actors were realistic and entertaining!
The food was ok I’ve had better but it was ok the ending after dinner was a little emotional feeling what passengers might have gone through. I would recommend at least once .

It gives you a true perspective on what the experience was like for passengers. The actors and staff worked hard to make the experience entertaining. The artifact tour is separate from Gala dinner. We purchased this as add on and found it very interesting. Not necessary though as you do get a feeling for the museum at the Gala dinner.

Dinner was rushed and food was terrible.
that being said, learned a lot about that night. I would still recommend it especially for younger folks who may not know the whole story. just eat before you get there.

Wonderfully well done. Talented actors. Great food. The only thing that would improve the experience would be to skip the first photo session and cocktail party. It was tiring for my parents and was not necessary for the experience. We bought the second photo taken at the grand staircase. That was enough. The actual dinner show was great.

Well worth the time and money if you are looking for something different to do away from the parks. The talented cast created a memorable time from start to finish and took the time needed to answer any questions participants had. The evening was well timed, dinner was delicious, and we left truly feeling that the lives and legacy of those who experienced that fateful night, were not lost.

The Titanic Gala Dinner can be divided into four parts, I believe.
Titanic artifacts and displays. Very interesting and engaging. Well worth seeing. The written descriptions are very helpful and explain which of the artifacts are genuine and which are replicas. Either way, they help bring the tragedy to life.
The Cast members are very engaging, friendly and they stay in character throughout the evening, which helps set and maintain the story.
The show itself is not what I expected. It was very difficult to hear or understand the dialogue. The primary show stage is in a relatively large room, so better acoustics would help keep the audience engaged. Several times, the stage audio was so poor that dinner guests kept their own conversations going which made it very confusing.
The audience was primarily tourists, I believe. Some dressed in very appropriate period costumes, which added to the atmosphere while others were dressed in typical vacation wear - shorts, T-shirts, flip flops, etc.
The food was not “gala” fare. It was typical of what you may get at a high school sports banquet. Very disappointing.
I didn’t know the show has been in existence since the ‘80s. While, again, the artifacts and cast members are fantastic, it has the feel of a touristy thing people place on their agendas without knowing much about it.
I would highly recommend the artifacts tour, but would not recommend the $84 ticket to the gala.

Our party of 6 didn’t know what to expect; and it turned out to be so much fun. The actors portraying the roles were great and stayed in character while interacting with the audience. The artifacts on display were interesting and the recreated grand staircase, gave you a feel for the opulence of the Titanic. The meal was good and the end of the evening was well done with respect and dignity. I would highly recommend this adventure.

This is a wonderful experience, from the entertainment, the food, the historical recreation of the events of Titanic's sinking, and the service, it was a great evening!! We would highly recommend this evening AND suggest you dress for the occasion! We will be dressing up the next time!
