Don’t do this boat trip! We arrived at the specific place they told us at the correct time and nobody was there for our trip. They never showed, couldn’t get in touch with anyone to help us. I did do a chat with someone from viator but she couldn’t do anything. We planned this for a family vacation and were so disappointed. Would not recommend. I now am fighting for a refund

We’ve located your reservation and can confirm that the refund is in the process of being issued. Since the booking was made through Viator, the refund will be processed through them, but we’re glad we were able to locate the reservation and get this moving.
Excellent tour - well worth it. Friendly tour guide. We saw dolphins. Sunset was perfect. Definitely recommend.

Canceled due to maintenance. I was promised a refund and it has been over 2 weeks and I still haven't received it. Be cautious as this may be a scam!
