Savio, our instructor and chef, charmed us and kept us delightfully entertained with useful tips, tricks and recipes for traditional Neapolitan cuisine including pizza, pasta (fettuccine and ravioli), and tomato-based sauces. Lots of fun while learning topped off with a delicious dinner that we made.

Amazing evening at Savio’s home learning to make pasta and pizza while meeting new people. Savio thoroughly instructed the process while sharing stories of his family and the origin of many of his recipes. Definitely one of the highlights of our trip. Highly recommend that anyone visiting Naples must book this experience with Savio!

Fantastic experience in the kitchen of a friendly, knowledgeable Neapolitan. You’ll feel right at home with Savio, and you’ll learn pasta and pizza making techniques while drinking local wine. His adorable dog Ava is an added bonus. Highly recommend.

The pizza and pasta cooking class was outstanding. Savio is so personable and enjoyable to work with. We made fettuccine and ravioli and a Margherita pizza. Everything was hands on and we learned quite a bit about not only making these items but about Italian cuisine in general. I would highly recommend this experience!

I cannot recommend this class enough! Savio welcomed us into his home and made us feel like old friends. He is an excellent cook, and patient with even the non-cooks among us. He explained everything and gave us lots of insights into Naples and things to do. The recipes were delicious and I will certainly take them home and use them regularly..

A highlight of our trip to Italy. Even the 13 year old boy, who was not excited for this event, had it as a favorite memory. Savio was so gracious and the whole experience felt like hanging out with a long lost friend. Bonus is the recipe book he provided after our event, we're excited to make all of the recipes. And be ready, there is so much food!!

Our experience in Savio's kitchen was absolutely wonderful. He is very charismatic and an amazing host. We wished we had done this experience in the first day or our stay because he recommended us lots of other activities that are not easy to find by yourself (hidden gems of Napoli and surroundings). The pizza and pasta we cooked turned up to be delicious and we had so much fun cooking them.

I loved this class! Savio is so much fun to talk to and has so much knowledge to share about cooking and baking. I’ve been making pizza and pasta for years but I still learned so much! He sent us a small recipe book after with the things we made plus more. And he gave us tons of cool recommendations for things to do in and around Naples. I would recommend doing this class early in your visit to Naples to get the most out of it.

Where to begin! I booked this experience as something my mom and I would enjoy and my dad would just tag along. From the very beginning Savio was so welcoming and cheerful that there was no worries if you didn’t know your way around a kitchen. Dishes that seem so daunting became effortless with his instructions and with all the pointers he gave us. My dad who never cooks had the time of his life!! We had so much fun and this easily became our favorite part of coming to Napoli! I would HIGHLY recommend this class especially with Savio. He’s a true gem

Savio was amazing!
Funny, attentive, spoke great english and a explained every thing in details.
The food was amazing and we got to take a bunch of pizza back with us.
He even sent us an ebook with recipes.

It was rainy day in Naples and this workshop was such a good idea! We cooked 2 types of pasta and 2 different pizzas, it was amazing! I thought making pasta is something out of my skills but we learned so many useful tips and already tried to cook pasta at home! It worked! Thanks Savior, for such an amazing and fun evening! I was appreciative for the small size of the group. This allowed us to receive the necessary direction. There was homemade wine served while we were cooking & it was delightful. It was fun to make 2 types of pasta & pizza in Naples. The only change I would've liked to see would have been to eat the food onsite before we left. When everything was ready, it was packaged up & we left. We ended up eating some of the food on a curb on the street, while watching traffic, walked 30mins back to our hotel & never ended up finishing the food.
