Giovanni was a most knowledgeable and personable guide. We learnt so much in the 2 hours. I would highly recommend. He was extremely kind and helpful to some on the tour who needed assistance on some of the uneven paths. Fantastic tour and guide.

Our guide Giovanni was great. He was humorous, took our questions and really knows the subject. We saw the best of the site with an expert guide. He made sure that we all departed safely at the end of tje tour as well! This is a must do!

Our trip was delayed one hour .we tried to call Marlu but her phone did not answer, When we got to the ticket office, they knew who we were and again tried to contact the guide. At least she should have left our tickets at the ticket booth so we did not have to pay again. She made no attempt to contact us.
