Our guide , Wendy was so knowledgeable and entertaining. The history she shared was absolutely amazing. I would highly recommend. Also our big beautiful Jordon did a fantastic job pulling our carriage around.

Lots of knowledgeable tour guides throughout the day. Learned some interesting facts. Wish I had a bit more time at the market to look around. I traveled with a group of 5 and when loading the carriage I got placed in a row with a group of two and the other 4 in my group sat in front of me. I wish they had split us two and three. I kind of felt secluded from the group I was part of. I couldn’t talk to them at all because I would have had to raise my voice to speak with them in front of me and I didn’t want to take away from anyone else’s experience. I would suggest splitting the group of 5 differently in the future. I was a bit disappointed as well that our tour really didn’t take us close to some of the more interesting historical sites but understand that was not within the power of the carriage tour guide. Next time I would probably just do the explore on my own option so that I could spend time where I wanted too.
Great time knowledgeable guides and our bus driver was wonderful and explained how the trip worked. Smooth transition from one excursion to the next
The carriage ride was nice, but not the romantic trip I had pictured as we were with 13 other riders. The tour guide did a good job telling us about the city! The Harbor Tour didn't happen because of mechanical issues, so we spent more time in the markets. The trip to Boone Hall Plantation was nice. We especially enjoyed the gardens and the Gullah Culture presentation at the former slave cabins. Because of the Harbor Tour being cancelled, the driver told us that we would receive a $30 refund per person. The refund has yet to be received back to our checking account.

A great experience learning about Charleston SC. Carriage ride was fun. Harbour tour was good also. Learned a lot. Boone Hall is all walking. Items scheduled for us and did not need to arrange things.
Carriage ride was great. Our driver, Paul, was very knowledgeable and had a terrific sense of humor. The Harbor cruise was relaxing and enjoyable. Our bus driver did a great job of getting everyone to where they had to be.
This isn’t a “Charleston” tour and is mostly a Boone Plantation Tour. You start your day at 6:30 am and it could take up to 7:00 am for the bus to arrive at your stop. The pickup is before any coffee shops are open and there are no coffee shops open. We had to give up our Charleston Carriage ride to het coffee. Then, we realized Charleston is not an open for business district in the morning. The stores were closed and the historic shopping strip was setting up. The boat tour was OK as you weren’t actually experiencing Charleston. The bus ride is also quiet with no narration. Meaning, while you’re heading to Charleston or the Boone Plantation, you’re getting zero information. We booked last minute so we were relying on the “tour guide” experience. It was not worth the approximately $400 we spent. Those who are well traveled. Will be underwhelmed by this experience. We heard rumbling from other passengers that felt like the tour was a bit shortsighted, and that we didn’t really get to experience Charleston. Noting that we had to choose between coffee or the carriage ride. I was really upset that they’re picking you up before the café in your hotel or any of the coffee shops on the street are open., that they’re not giving you any opportunity to get caffeinated. This tour would’ve been better if you were starting later in the morning, remove the whole Boone plantation option, and really received a legitimate tour of historic Charleston. Opportunities to go into some of the churches or grab a drink or something to eat from one of the popular venues would’ve been great. Even just a chance to go shopping, or learn a little bit more history/modern day culture. These are all just my opinions. For many people, especially those who are locals of the Carolinas. They really did enjoy themselves. We might have different expectations, considering how much our family travels. I will see the Boone plantation was fun, but I would’ve gladly given that up for more of a Charleston experience.

The bus ride was very comfortable and relaxing.
Everything was planned for us. We enjoyed the carriage ride in Charleston. Boat tour was informative and lunch was good. Boones Hall Plantation was lovely.
Overall, the bus ride, the carriage ride and the Boone plantation visit was very nice, but we were so disappointed that the cruise was canceled at the very last minute and we were left for two hours to roam around the market there .
We had already spent a half an hour in the market and there was really not enough things to do there for two more hours . We were told that that we would get a refund of some of our monies to cover the loss cruise, but have not received any of it.
Our guide was fantastic! Extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He answered all our questions and gave me a real sense of how history built present day Charleston.
I was picked up timely and the day was well spent. The carriage ride wS excellent. Visiting the Boone Plantation was informative as well as entertaining.

We noticed that some people with mobility issues had difficulties with the amount of walking needed. Bus seats were surprisingly uncomfortable. The trip overall made for a pleasant day. We enjoyed the experience; however, more time at the market would have been wonderful.

If you are handicapped you have to walk a ways to get to activities and I specifically asked if we would have time to go to the market if we did the horse ride and was told yes. We got off the ride and our phones were ringing that he was looking for us. Not happy about that and the poor people on the tour could hardly walk let alone walk feom horse ride when we didnt even get off till 1115. Also when we got to the harbor ride we asked where do we go and was told go down sidewalk so we did that and had no idea which way to go.
Be SURE to watch ALL your emails for the start time. I have 3 emails saying start time 7am. I called to arrange a pick up which was not available in my area so I confirmed be there by 7am, correct? Person on the phone said a little early would be nice so I said 6:45 and they said that would be great. BUT, then I received a text saying bus leaves at 6:30am. After closing; no one to call. Conflicts with phone call and 3 emails, but I decided to err on the side of caution. Good thing. Bus left at 6:30am!!!! Note: I even received an email from Viator that morning saying start time 7am. I would have missed the whole tour. This needs to be corrected.
Trip was cancelled on Wednesday by the company and there was no other availability to schedule during my trip
Great tour. Gives you an overview of the city so you can return & spend more time. The carriage ride was very informative & the harbor cruise was fun. Best box lunch I have ever had.
Our bus driver Brian was extremely friendly & knowledgeable. You’ll be lucky to have as a driver.
Not worth the money. We sat on the bus 7 out of 10 hours. No boat rides, an hour for person to deliver box lunch from the boat- we ate on the bus.
Said they were sorry and gave back $30 for 2 of us!!! Boat was $44 each when I looked it up.
You would be wiser to pick up a buggy and boat ride on your own. Buggies are on every corner there. You would save a lot of money, our trip was $450 for 2 for riding a bus all day!!

Great tour. More time should be allowed at the Market. Also the tour of the Plantation House was limited to only 3-4 rooms
Would of liked to see more of the mansion
the transportation was really nice. the driver was very kind. the box lunch was very good (surprised me)! tour guides gave lots of info. seen lots of dolphins on the boat tour. there is walking and stairs. this was difficult for some in the group. i did not know there were booking options like skip the plantation tour and spend time in the market.
It is a long day from Myrtle Beach to Charleston, but alot of great stuff is packed in the day. Fun day
We picked up the bus at 6:45 a.m. at Camelot of the Seas and was in Charleston 2 hours later. Had a carriage ride through the French quarter and then a harbor tour, followed by Boone Hall. Loved every second of it!
It was a hot day. The driver got us there safely and was on point for pickup and drop off. He provided some waters if we needed some. He drove through the rush hour to drop us off close to our hotel. The 411 n ocean drop off isn't the same motel name as the website options, which confused us a little.
We weren’t allowed to go on the House and Carriage ride because our name was not on the list. It was included in our original booking and was paid for. Our original was cancelled and moved tithe next day. Somehow when rebooked the that was left out. Was unable to download the info you sent or might have seen. That was the the thing we wanted to do! Need a partial refund.

Long day but carriage ride was great..box lunch was good harbor cruise great Narration and the plantation was gorgeous and house tour very good
The horse and carriage ride was the best part. The boat tour was informative and amusing. Bone plantation was full of history
Bus driver Joe was awesome, on time and informative. Bus was comfortable. Logistics went very smooth at all points with three excursions. All the excursions were definitely worth it. We really enjoyed the day.
Fun enjoyable day very interesting, knowledgeable, well run, lots of history from the past, all tour guides were great.
