Our guide Davide was very knowledgeable and made the tour adjusted to our needs. 4 hour tour is just enough to get acquainted with the city and its history. Highly recommend

Incredibly lucky to find Antonio, you couldn’t wish a better tour guide in Madrid.
He was very knowledgeable about the history and showed us some incredible “hidden gems” that aren’t in the guidebook! He contacted us prior to our tour to ask how we best to use the time together and confirm meeting arrangements. He also suggested lots of things to do, bars and restaurants. His perfect English and sense of humour made it all the more enjoyable!
We opted to start at 08:30 which worked really well to avoid the main heat of the day and managed to see a huge amount in 4 hours. We would strongly recommend for anyone looking for a bespoke tour of this great city. 10/10!

Julian was our guide and it was a wonderful walk through Madrid with him. We asked him to tell us not only about some of the history and off the beaten path sites but also recommendations for restaurants and other venues that locals go to. Julian was able to meet and exceed our expectations. We learnt a lot about Madrid's history, some really cool insights and finally, he sent us a list of recommendations for restaurants, bars, flamenco performances etc. Loved his enthusiasm and friendliness. Def ask for Julian for this custom walk through an incredible city.

My international flight was cancelled. I notified guyseez immediately - over 24 hours notice- and they were not accommodating. They would not help me reschedule. They took our payment and would not help reschedule

Leider hat gar nichts stattgefunden! Erst wurde mehrmals die Zeit geändert, dann auf den Folgetag verschoben und am Ende sollte die Tour noch einen Tag später stattfinden. Und wir waren mehr als flexibel! Es war eigentlich die Grundlage für alle folgenden Aktivitäten, daher war das die komplette Katastrophe. Wir hatten das extra als private Tour für unsere Familie gebucht, da auch die Großeltern dabei waren.
