- Tour itinerary may vary by closed streets or demonstrations on the day of the tour
- Tuk-tuks are reserved privately, and the price is set according to the number of tuk-tuks needed for the group, being the legal maximum of 4 passengers per tuk-tuk.
- Tuk-tuks do not have trunks, so you can not carry strollers, wheelchairs, suitcases or large packages.
- For security reasons, pets and pets are not allowed.
- Tours take place in rain or heat, and can only be cancelled under extreme conditions.
- Tours cannot be modified, nor can stops for photographs. These stops will be made in the prearranged places.
- The vehicles are suitable for older people, and our drivers will help them get on if necessary.
- The pick-up point is located in the bus station (underground) of the Plaza de Oriente, right next to the Royal Palace. Although there is no number 4 on Calle Bailén (28013), searching for “Calle Bailén 4” or “Puerta del Príncipe” on Google Maps will mark the exact location of the “Puerta del Príncipe”. Just opposite the “Prince’s Gate”, you will find the stairs to access the station. There, you will see our Eco Tuk Tuk signage to get to the exact pickup point. You can contact us by phone or write to us by WhatsApp (+34 696 99 78 89) at any time.
- In case of mobility problems, to go downstairs from the pick-up point, please contact us by phone or WhatsApp (+34 696997889), or by email (hello@ecotuktuk.com) so that we can help you access the meeting point by elevator.

Bobby was an excellent host and guide. His knowledge of Madrid for both historical and local culture is fabulous. The weather was beautiful and we were able to enjoy the most amazing sites in Madrid in comfort. Definitely recommend for a quick intro into the city and some tips for local spots.

In Madrid, there are tuk-tuk drivers everywhere begging tourists to ride and are ready to make a deal.
We actually didn't end up taking this tour. It was our first day ever in Europe, and we overslept due to the six-hour time difference/jet lag. We let the company know shortly before our scheduled time. I admitted fault for this mistake. We begged for them to allow us to take a later tour that day or later in the week, since they had dozens of open time slots. Unfortunately, they failed to see us as valuable customers and only saw us as money they had already made. So, they refused to allow us to take a later tour. It was a very bad start to our vacation.
Regardless, we now know there is no reason to book ahead of time, since there are drivers all over town to ride at your leisure.

We are sorry, but tours cannot be modified or canceled with less than 24 hours in advance, as stated in our change and cancellation policy.
This is so because when there are only 24 hours left for the start of the tour, the availability is blocked by reservations, and cannot be reserved by other clients, and our guides can not work because of this reason.
We believe that we have a very flexible change and cancellation policy for our clients, which we have to comply with so that the viability of our company is not affected.
We find your review very unfair and unfortunate, because when you bought the tour you accepted our change and cancellation policy.

Jilián was terrific & we really enjoyed a relaxing time seeing Madrid without wearing ourselves out too early. He explained so much about the history & stopped for pictures.

This was our least favorite tour of our trip to Spain and Portugal. The guide seemed bored the entire time and there were very few stops. Photos were nearly impossible to do as you are weaving in and out of traffic. I would spend you money elsewhere.

We took the full 3 hour tour of Madrid with our driver and Guide, Mario.
He was very knowledgeable and friendly with very clear English so we understood everything perfectly.
He paced the tour nicely with 2 chances to get out and stretch our legs with quick park visits.

Bobby is an amazing tour guide. He KNOWS his stuff. He also was an excellent conversationalist. It seemed to us that 4 hours was a bit too long; there was some redundancy, but this was not Bobby’s fault.

Everything the “big “bus” tour isn’t! Just us and Jaime, our tour guide. We were able to go down cobblestone streets/alleys; spots the big bus can’t access.
Great commentary and history along the way and time for quick stops with a much more personal touch.

Our guide Gloria was knowledgeable of the area and a very nice person. However, my wife and I did not enjoy the tour due to the poor sight lines of the eco Tuk Tuk vehicle. The plastic weather protection was rolled up on our tour. That is okay if your eye level is below the rolled plastic. For my wife and I however it pretty much blocked out our view of all the sights. If you are above average height the plastic will block out your view. Look for a Tuk Tuk tour with unobstructed sight lines.

We highly recommend the Eco Tuk Tuk tour of Madrid. For us bring out first time it this beautiful city it
Rovided us a much wider understanding of the different neighborhoods then we would have discovered our own.
Our tour guide Gustsvo provided an expert commentary tailoring specifically to our interests. Since arriving home we’ve already recommended this tour operator for a fantastic way to see to sites of one of the most beautiful cities in Europe.
By the way the electric full tuks were comfortable and very quiet and have the ability of the driver to enter alleys that most cars couldn’t enter.

Do not use ECO Tuk Tuk
Vehicle was basically enclosed in plastic and you could barely see any the places the driver was describing plus he was very hard to understand. Not once did he stop so you could take pictures!! I want my money back it was so bad!!!!

Javier and Gloria were great tour guides for our family. It can get chilly on the carts but they provided blankets. It’s a good way to see the city quickly and get a history lesson.

The historic tour is interesting is you haven’t seen Spain, but the views are a bit lackluster if you seek to capture buildings with unique architectural elements. We may have taken an uncommon route, due to protests, but our path did feel like it was the older parts of town. The benefits was that we went and saw places we might not have felt safe venturing on foot.
The guide was pleasant and informative, showing us places where the locals visit as well as some of the tourist attractions.
This tour might be a good option, if you have a couple of days remaining to return to some of the places shown, as the tour itself felt a bit rushed.
Overall, we felt the tour was worth the time.
BTW: Given the rain and cooler weather, we appreciated the blankets provided by our driver.

We did the 4-hour tour the day after our arrival. It was rainy and cold so this was a perfect way to get oriented in a somewhat comfortable manner. But what really made the trip special was our guide Clara. She was very friendly and talkative and allowed me to ask 1001 questions as we tried to really dig deep into the cultural aspects of Madrid. She shared so much about herself and her family that made us feel welcomed and trusted. And her knowledge of history is amazing. She was completely flexible to our preferences (e.g., lingering in the cathedral, stopping for a cappuccino,…). We were lucky that traffic wasn’t bad. I can see that might have been an issue for tuk tuk tours.
