Tuk-tuks are reserved privately, and the price is set according to the number of tuk-tuks needed for the group, being the legal maximum of 4 passengers per tuk-tuk.
Tuk-tuks do not have trunks, so you can not carry strollers, wheelchairs, suitcases or large packages.
For security reasons, pets and pets are not allowed.
Tours take place in rain or heat, and can only be cancelled under extreme conditions.
Tours cannot be modified, nor can stops for photographs. These stops will be made in the prearranged places.
The vehicles are suitable for older people, and our drivers will help them get on if necessary.
The pick-up point is located in the bus station (underground) of the Plaza de Oriente, right next to the Royal Palace. Although there is no number 4 on Calle Bailén (28013), searching for “Calle Bailén 4” or “Puerta del Príncipe” on Google Maps will mark the exact location of the “Puerta del Príncipe”. Just opposite the “Prince’s Gate”, you will find the stairs to access the station. There, you will see our Eco Tuk Tuk signage to get to the exact pickup point. You can contact us by phone or write to us by WhatsApp (+34 696 99 78 89) at any time.
In case of mobility problems, to go downstairs from the pick-up point, please contact us by phone or WhatsApp (+34 696997889), or by email (hello@ecotuktuk.com) so that we can help you access the meeting point by elevator.

Our tour, as well as our tour guide Esther, was wonderful! We had always thought about taking a Tuk Tuk, but have never done so. We finally did so in Madrid and we are so happy that we did! It was a great way to get close to the mini interesting sights, and Esther had wonderful knowledge of the history to share with us… unlike the hop on hop off bus… we were able to ask questions, and Esther’s deep knowledge of Madrid’s history answered every question! She also shared tips along the way of local knowledge of every neighborhood that we passed through. We highly recommend this Tuk Tuk tour!!

We had a very difficult time locating the meeting point. Original location was changed in the middle of the night. The company did contact us to notify of the change. Extremely difficult for us to locate the new location. GPS didn’t work correctly and locals had no clue where we were trying to go. However the tour guide was very helpful and spoke our language and was helpful and informative.

Horrible customer service—- Stay Away

My flight to Madrid was cancelled because of weather and I booked an emergency flight that would arrive the same day but a few hours later. I asked the operator if I could reschedule the time because we would be arriving later due to this. He refused and basically told me that it isn’t his problem because it was less than 24 hours. He refused to reschedule or issue a refund. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE just find a company or service when you get to Madrid but stay away from Eco Tuk Tuk

This is so because when there are only 24 hours left for the start of the tour, the availability is blocked by reservations, and cannot be reserved by other clients, and our guides can not work because of this reason. We believe that we have a very flexible change and cancellation policy for our clients, which we have to comply with so that the viability of our company is not affected. A fun way to see Madrid, with some drawbacks

It was fun and the guide was very friendly and knowledgeable. However, the top of the tuk tuk makes it difficult to look up at all the beautiful buildings. Had to stick my head out the side a lot. Also, would not recommend doing on very hot days.

Great, short tour of Madrid!

We chose the 2 hour express tour which was just enough to whet our appetite. Our guide was Carlos, who did an excellent job of playing the tour guide with historical facts and a few timely stops. I recommend this tour for those short on time or who just want to see the main sights.

Lousy tour - never take it !

John, my guide, was not knowledgeable enough about Madrid and he seems to not take his job very seriously..he only kept cracking jokes , most of which were not funny at all...I paid 90 Euros for a private tour and then I expect the highest quality of guiding ...unfortunately I got worst than what I have got previously in free tours in other cities....I do not reccommend anyone do this tour - its extremely over priced and of very poor quality.

Carlos our tour operator was fun and energetic. His English was very clear and easy to understand. He showed us many interesting points in Madrid and taught us many interesting facts. His knowledge about the history of Spain was Impressive and he enthusiastically welcomed our questions. I would highly recommend Tuk Tuk for a first time visit to Madrid. Was looking forward to this highly rated tour - and unfortunately between the weather and the ‘holiday’ I can’t recommend that you use this company. There are many companies that offer the tour, chose one that will still have the side shields on them in the event of poor weather. Our tour was at 1 - and it was freezing. When asked about the shields was advised the owner took them off saying it was fine. Because of a ‘holiday’ we were not shown many of the iconic buildings including the Palace. Quite disappointing for the money.

Great experience for the whole family

We had 2 Tuk Tuks, both with amazing informative guides. There were 6 of us traveling. 4 adults and 2 kids (6 & 8). The kids had a great time and were able to understand all the information from the guides. 2 hours was the perfect amount of time to go around the city and even though it was raining and a bit cold we couldn’t have asked for a better experience 10/10

We were only in Madrid for one day, and arrived to do some thing, educational, and enjoyable. At the last minute I was able to book it viatour tuk tuk tour, and Juan was our driver. The office gave us clear directions to meet our driver and chariot for the tour. Juan was funny, he was knowledgeable, and he was mindful of our desires for the trip. He was able to get us around the city, most important architectural, and historic landmarks.
