- In case of customer delay the activity will be reduced according to the lost time, which may cause a change in the route set. The activity will be cancelled if the delay is longer than 15 minutes and no refund of the amount paid will be made
- Tour itinerary may vary by closed streets or demonstrations on the day of the tour
- Tuk-tuks are reserved privately, and the price is set according to the number of tuk-tuks needed for the group, being the legal maximum of 4 passengers per tuk-tuk.
- Tuk-tuks do not have trunks, so you can not carry strollers, wheelchairs, suitcases or large packages.
- For security reasons, pets and pets are not allowed.
- Tours take place in rain or heat, and can only be cancelled under extreme conditions.
- Tours cannot be modified, nor can stops for photographs. These stops will be made in the prearranged places.
- The vehicles are suitable for older people, and our drivers will help them get on if necessary.
- The pick-up point is located in the bus station (underground) of the Plaza de Oriente, right next to the Royal Palace. Although there is no number 4 on Calle Bailén (28013), searching for “Calle Bailén 4” or “Puerta del Príncipe” on Google Maps will mark the exact location of the “Puerta del Príncipe”. Just opposite the “Prince’s Gate”, you will find the stairs to access the station. There, you will see our Eco Tuk Tuk signage to get to the exact pickup point. You can contact us by phone or write to us by WhatsApp (+34 696 99 78 89) at any time.
- In case of mobility problems, to go downstairs from the pick-up point, please contact us by phone or WhatsApp (+34 696997889), or by email (hello@ecotuktuk.com) so that we can help you access the meeting point by elevator.

This was SUCH an amazing way to see Madrid. Our guide was beyond knowledgeable about all the different sites and areas of the city. He even answered all of our questions and was super pleasant to chat with. Laura had made the trip to Madrid unforgettable because she explained little of history, culture. And that was very impressive.
We spent 2 hours exploring landmarks of the city which is rich past artistic heritage. Wandering through the narrow streets of the old town, hence , this activity is highly recommended.

The best thing I can say about this tour is the great communication with the tour company. However, our flight was delayed and they would not just wait for us. I let the company know about our flight delay. First they would only wait 30 minutes, then after I requested longer, it was extended to one hour. In the end it was still not enough time, and they would not allow me to rebook for another time. If I already paid, why couldn’t they just wait until we could get there. I would only book if you know you will not have any change of plans.

As our Customer Service Team told you, we are sorry, but tours cannot be modified or canceled with less than 24 hours in advance, as stated in our change and cancellation policy.
This is so because when there are only 24 hours left for the start of the tour, the availability is blocked by reservations, and cannot be reserved by other clients, and our guides can not work because of this reason.
We believe that we have a very flexible change and cancellation policy for our clients, which we have to comply with so that the viability of our company is not affected.
We find your review very unfair and unfortunate, because when you bought the tour you accepted our change and cancellation policy.

This was an enjoyable way to get around Madrid. Our driver/guide was, David, and he did a wonderful job of talking about the places we were seeing. It was a chilly day and the tuk tuk did have blankets. Overall it was a fun experience.

Ivan our tour guide was very knowledgeable on the history of Madrid. He took us to several focal points that had beautiful views. Additionally, we asked him to take us to a few other places that were not really on the schedule which he happily did. Would highly recommend using Viator to anyone.

Tuk tuk was on time, very punctual, overall was ok but we were quite tired from our previous days walking tours that we didnt really talk much. We did the 3hours but stopped only at 2 places, itinerary stated there is Bernabeu stadium but didnt go there either, though after that we were going there anyways, it didnt matter for us. My son was really cold and no blankets provided too. Overall was really ok, but gets pretty boring for us after awhile.

Our driver/guide was excellent. Very knowledgable and very flexible. Flexible was required as our tour was 6pm on Saturday night after Black Friday and streets were crowed to a standstill. This forced some on the fly creative adapting to get us to as many places as possible. It was also cold and windy but the Tuk-Tuk was OK, even with the side curtains up for visibility. We enjoyed the ride very much and would recommend it!

Our guide, Laura, deserves 6 stars, the weather deserves 2. The weather did make a difference on this tour because with the plastic sides down (necessary to keep us warm and dry), it was a little too hard to see the sights. We enjoyed the tour and the extra effort our guide put in to make it informative and fun.
