Very informative, good fun… A great way to see Madrid city highlights. Our Tuk Tuk driver driver was very friendly and knowledgeable.

Great experience! Got to learn so much in so little time. Our guide Haitam was very knowledgeable and accommodating. He made sure we could take our time in each location. This has to be your go to Tour before you decide to do anything while in Spain.

I wish I could give a great review, but it wasn’t great. We Spent way too much time driving around looking at fancy shopping areas. The driver drove safely, but she hardly shared any history or culture. Very Disappointing.

This tour was a wonderful history lesson. Our Indian driver (forgot his name) really knew his history. Even though it was raining almost the entire time, the clear plastic sides shielded us & allowed us to see through to all of the sights. He was friendly & delightful throughout the tour. I would recommend him as your guide if only i had his name.

We tried to meet our tuk tuk tour operator at a random spot, as described in the tour details. No one was there; we called Viator to get help but there was limited help. We then called the tour operator; they were also not aware but said the guide was stuck in traffic. We had to walk another mile back to the starting point to meet the driver. Our tour started 45 minutes late. We never stopped atANY of the sites, we could not see anything from the tuk tuk, the ride was rickety and the driver was t very talkative. Would not recommend this tour!

Christine was a fantastic guide. I booked this tour for my 2 siblings so they could get a good tour of Madrid. The city is already beautiful and Christine made the city even more beautiful.

Francisco was amazing! He really does customize your tour for your interests and tells you about the hot places to visit while you are in Madrid. I am an Ernest Hemingway fan and he took me to the bar where Hemingway loved to spend his time it was priceless!!!

The driver was great and he took us to interesting places. The problem was the Tuk Tuk was too small for a six foot (182 cm) guy. I couldn't see out of the front or the sides of the vehicle. As well, there was verry little leg room.
Sorry, I'd like to give you a good rating but the vehicle just doesn't work for a taller person.

It was utter waste of money. Our guide showed us only ONE thing on the list. Roads around Plaza Mayor were closed for the Easter but other monuments were away from the place and were not blocked. Tour operator/guide should have known this and improvised. The guide did not bother to show any other monuments. We should have looked the spots on google and walked around or should have hired uber instead.

This was an excellent tour. Our tour guide was Anthony and he did an amazing job. He took us to all important tourist places in Madrid. Giving us an overview of the city with lot of information of each place and additional information. Finally he ask were he could take us when finishing so we could be in the place and no additional walking. He left us at the royal palace. I would recommend this tour for when you arrive at first at the city and then you can choose which to revisit. Thank You Anthony for Sharing your knowledge with us. Saludos desde Puerto Rico.

Francisco was a fantastic guide! His knowledge of Madrid was impressive and he chose a good variety of sites to visit. And he is a great photographer! we got so many Instagram worthy shots was hard to choose what to post. Also we had trouble finding the meet up place so we were quite late, but they very kindly got us back on track and we ended up having a blast.

Tuk tuk is the way to go in Sevilla. The streets are so narrow, the buses can’t go where you want to go. I’m sorry I have forgotten our guide’s name but she was great. She customized our tour for us based on what we had already seen on our own. She was very fun and informative. My wife and I were very happy with our experience.

The guide was very knowledgeable. Sometimes it was difficult to know what they were pointing to because the view was blocked by sunlight deflecting material on the roof. Also by the end of the 2 hours our butts were hurting. We did get a very good overview of the city
