Visit four of Louisville’s most famous bourbon distilleries--and stop for tours and tastings at two of them--with this customizable group tour. You can choose from a number of different distilleries, including the famous Bulleit Distilling Co Visitor Experience and the historic Buffalo Trace Distillery, with the option to add additional tastings to your tour on request.

The experience itself was fabulous. However, you CANNOT get ahold of this provider. I called the number listed dozens of times with just a busy. There was confusion on the pickup which was finally resolved after quite a bit of drama. A simple phone call ahead of time or answering a question in a timely manner would have prevented that.

Our Driver, Verenice, was great. She gave a lot of effort to make our experience great. Ran out of the weather was hot. She made sure we got to all of the distilleries as quick as possible. Everything went on without a hitch from pick up to drop off. We were able to do testing at Woodfords, Four Roses, buffalo trace, and Jeptha.

The title of this tour is extremely misleading. It simply lists a number of random distilleries. It doesn't actually tell you which ones you'll be touring and tasting v. just "visiting". For instance, we went to Woodford, but only to visit the gift shop. Tickets for the tour and tasting were not included and were sold out. So for them to say it's "customizable" is very very misleading as there was no way to tour Woodford once we arrived. They predetermine which distilleries will include a tour and tasting, but they don't let you know until the night before (they emailed me at 10 pm). Felt very unorganized and deliberately misleading.

Ryan Dailey In addition to the tour, you also got FREE tickets to the Woodford Reserve (Tour and taste).
You made a last-minute reservation to visit distilleries on May 3 (Date of the Derby). BUFFALO TRACE and FOUR ROSES were confirmed the day before. In addition, we visited Woodford Reserve and Castle & Key.
We explained that Woodford Reserve did not have availability but we would try to get you tickets, otherwise, we would go to the gift shop and bar.

Tour guide was late picking us up so we missed our first tour at 4 Roses. Did get to do the tasting for it at least. He was very pleasant but hard to understand with his accent.

Lots of fun distilleries but it was pretty hectic with having so many. The tight times to visit gift shops after a tour ended really make it difficult for our driver and those that wanted to pick up a few bottles. Would maybe recommend just doing the 3 option and also for the company to give a little more buffer time between distilleries.
