It was the worst experience. When I arrived at the meeting point, there was no one there. Nobody answered me, and in the end I missed the tour. I requested a refund and they never replied or responded. GetYourGuide is a much better option by far.

An awful experience we booked the tickets in advance but when we turned up to collect them no one was there. We sent a WhatsApp to ask how we should proceed. We did not get any answer so we spent £20 for nothing in effect we could easily have just walked into the natural history Museum for free. Very difficult to find guidance about how to get a refund and we have not been able to apply for one.

I was expecting a guided tour. When I arrived at the museum the attendants told me that it was free. I met my tour guide and she helped me download a ticket and an app for audio commentary, which I didn't end up by using.

This was my second visit to the Natural History Museum, and I enjoyed it just as much as the first. The exhibits, especially the dinosaur gallery and the blue whale, were fascinating and beautifully presented. The audio guide added great context and really brought the museum to life. It’s a cheating and the Museum entrance is FREE. There is no much queue in free admission. This tour guide didn’t came up . We wasted our time waiting for half an hour outside the place. Don’t trust viator also. After I complained they refused refund to me. We can’t trust Viator and go without reading reviews.

There’s so much to see! I had a great time from the stunning building itself to the outside walk leading up to it with the outdoor exhibits, to the vastness inside.
I spent about 2.5 hours here, and had the audio guide to navigate me round.
