It was a good visit but if you are in any way claustrophobic, you may wish to tell a member of staff particularly when going into the ‘pantry’ off the kitchen. It gave off the impression of being ‘locked in’ as it was quite dark too. Due to the number of other people also within the experience, I felt quite anxious, so I tried the doors that I could feel but they didn’t open! Just something to consider!

If you are a Paddington fan - then this is a must. The experience is probably just over an hour - but there is a cafe with activities and things for kiddies to do at the end which makes it longer. It was well thought out, looked just like the films/TV show and the actors were fantastic.

I took my 6 year old granddaughter to this experience. We both enjoyed it. I wasn’t sure what to expect and was pleasantly surprised. It was interactive and each room and the characters was a great experience. Highly recommend this activity if you are traveling with kids.

We took our 3.5 year old and it was fun but might have been more appropriate for a slightly older child. They had some puzzles and things to find through out and it was challenging for her and the older kids typically got to it before she had a chance. She didn’t seem too bothered though. It was very interactive and she was quite happy to meet Paddington!

Obviously aimed at children and families, but two solo adults enjoyed seeing the settings that were reminiscent of the movies. The characters fully bought into the roles and made the experiences fun for everyone. Lots of themed treats and souvenirs too.
