This was a great tour! Our guide, Matilda H., was very knowledgeable and informative, everything you want from a guide. She knew and shared so much in the short time we were together. We would definitely recommend this tour for anyone wanting to visit this museum.

Our guide was Ivo and we were lucky enough to essentially have had a private tour with him and it was fantastic! He was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. Pointed out a lot of cool features about the building we would’ve never known otherwise. Definitely recommend!

This tour was spectacular if you enjoy and appreciate the natural world. The museum is full of amazing and unique history.
We could not have asked for a better and more knowledgeable guide (Sacha C).
The tour starts off what seems like a little rushed, skipping various parts of exhibits. But you very quickly realize and appreciate why. The size of the museum would have you lost and unsure what to see or where to go.
Having Sacha pick what he thought were the important things to see worked out extremely well and made a lot of sense.
Highly recommended.

Had an amazing time on the Exclusive Guided Tour of the Natural History Museum in London with our guide, Becky.
She was warm, knowledgeable, and made the museum’s stories come alive ,from the towering dinosaur skeletons to the glittering gemstones. Becky shared fascinating details you’d never get just walking around on your own, and her enthusiasm made the whole experience even more special.
If you’re visiting, I highly recommend booking the guided tour and asking for Becky , it’s the best way to truly appreciate the museum’s treasures.

We had a fantastic tour at the National History Museum thanks to our amazing guide! He did an incredible job keeping our three-year-old engaged and excited the entire time—no small feat! He showed us all the best highlights of the museum and made sure the tour was tailored to what we were most interested in. It was informative, fun, and perfectly paced for our family. Matilda was a spectacular guide! When I’m on vacation, I’m not wanting to spend a lot of wandering around in museums. Matilda was extremely knowledgeable and took us on a route I never would have been able to follow on my own. We hit all the highlights in the allotted time and managed to miss most of the crowds. We scheduled for a small group tour, but we were lucky enough for it to only be our group. 100% would recommend this tour, and I would encourage you to request Matilda for the tour.

We are so glad we booked a tour with Andi for the British history Museum. The museum is so large. It is impossible to see everything in one day. Andi took us on a tour of great things to see, and as well pointed out the unique architecture of several of the areas. It is an amazing space.!

Really interesting tour with Matilda who was a font of interesting knowledge. I’ve always been daunted by the Natural History Museum due to the size of the collection but Matilda broke it down and showed us some interesting artefacts and specimens. It was fascinating.

My rating is to reflect the value for money and not the museum or tour guide. At almost £450 for 2 people it is grossly overpriced. I had booked it for my husband’s 70th Birthday and was expecting something quite special. In retrospect we’d have been better doing a self guided tour and spending this money on something else!

We were very impressed with our guide Anthony Matthews. Not only did he bring a wealth of knowledge, he interspersed his commentary with personal stories that really helped to capture our interest. The museum is so big, and he helped guide us through to the best bits, otherwise I'm sure we'd have become overwhelmed and frustrated with the amount of displays and information. It was definitely worth the extra $$ to have a guide - highly recommend!
