Complete disappointment and waste of money

It was a complete waste of money. First, it says it includes your tickets, but the gallery is free and there is no waiting in a line to get in. The map used is now defunct because all of the works have been moved to the Sainsbury Wing from the locations in the VIATOR map. The list is arranged completely randomly and not in any logical order, for instance alphabetically . It is virtually impossible to locate the works. I would never waste my money on this again. My family has been visiting the museum for 30 years and thought this might be a good way to get additional insight into the works. We listened to a few of the recordings just to find out what quality they were. They are very interesting, but again virtually unusable.
