I missed the date I bought tickets for because I was tied in another tour. I went day after to try to use the ticket and I was told I lost it. The line was huge to enter that day as well. They need to be flexible because is on vacation and things happen that schedule gets adjusted and the money was already spent. Let me tell you I was not happy at all that I lost money on this.

The workmanship and realness of the wax figures were amazing!!! The diversity and number of wax figures was surprising. There was also a neat ride in replica London classic Black Cabs taking us through a series of figures. They also had a neat 3D Marvel Hero film. Well worth the time and money.
Buying the fast pass is definitely a good idea!

It was disappointing that when we booked our specific time, that they let in hundreds of people at once. With that many people entering all at once, it was basically impossible to see any of the exhibits at the beginning. We rushed through to get away from the crowd. If we had stayed with the crowd it would have taken at least 30 minutes or more to see and have a photo. Also the person manning the elevator was screaming at some woman to get out of the elevator. That was the start...oh boy!
Some of the wax figures were very well done and so close to the actual person. Some didn't look anything like the person.
I did enjoy the ride through the streets of London. That was a nice added touch. There was also a 4D movie of super heroes, where the sound was so bad you couldn't understand what they were saying. And also because this is a very large theatre, we were back integrated with a large crowd getting out of there and going through the rest of the museum with so many people.
To be honest, I enjoyed Madame Tussaud's in Las Vegas better. I probably would have enjoyed London's more if there wasn't such a crowd size let in at once. To me, letting in that many people is just money hungry by cramming so many in at once.

We unfortunately missed meeting the tour due to rain , traffic diversions and arriving late . Luckily we had a fast pass and printed tickets in hand which made it easy to enter the venue . Very impressed with Madame Tussaud’s

Had a fun time exploring Madame Tussaud’s with my daughter. Was pleased with the amazing life-like characters. Signed up for the champagne skip the line tour; they were not very organized about it and couldn’t seem to find anyone to help at first. Felt like we had to guzzle and go. Don’t bother signing up for this part, but definitely go through the gallery to see!

The wax models are truly amazing however the experience was dampened by the overcrowding, people pushing and shoving which was quite overwhelming and unpleasant and it was incredibly hot and stuffy inside

Real Life Looking But Museum Needs More of the Royal Family at different ages. It was difficult to tell that most of the wax figures were not real! Only gave it a four because I felt like it needed more of the Royal family.
