I saw some strange things inside Madame Tussauds, but it was truly fun; I saw the wax figures of famous people and learned about British history.
Such a fun museum! My 8 year old was obsessed! We loved every minute. Great to do on a rainy London day!
Something for everyone! Loved the interaction with the wax figures. Fun for everyone in the family. Even learned a little bit of history.
For the best experience, take a friend or family member with you and get pics with your favorite celebrities!

I missed the date I bought tickets for because I was tied in another tour. I went day after to try to use the ticket and I was told I lost it. The line was huge to enter that day as well. They need to be flexible because is on vacation and things happen that schedule gets adjusted and the money was already spent. Let me tell you I was not happy at all that I lost money on this.
It was easy to book the tickets, and they have come in time. Me and my friends have enjoyed the attractions of London for two days, with the help of the Viator, thank you!
The workmanship and realness of the wax figures were amazing!!! The diversity and number of wax figures was surprising. There was also a neat ride in replica London classic Black Cabs taking us through a series of figures. They also had a neat 3D Marvel Hero film. Well worth the time and money.
Buying the fast pass is definitely a good idea!
Very busy first thing in the morning but no line after 11:30 staff was great do to me being handicapped
Enjoyed viewing and interacting with the wax figures and all the special exhibits. Good flow through the museum.

A must see when in london it was awesome I would see again amd worth every penny I spent I would arrive in plenty of time as lines were Long but moved quickly

This is a scam we went on time to be told museum closes at 5 pm snd our reservation was at 4:30!!!!!!'
It was disappointing that when we booked our specific time, that they let in hundreds of people at once. With that many people entering all at once, it was basically impossible to see any of the exhibits at the beginning. We rushed through to get away from the crowd. If we had stayed with the crowd it would have taken at least 30 minutes or more to see and have a photo. Also the person manning the elevator was screaming at some woman to get out of the elevator. That was the start...oh boy!
Some of the wax figures were very well done and so close to the actual person. Some didn't look anything like the person.
I did enjoy the ride through the streets of London. That was a nice added touch. There was also a 4D movie of super heroes, where the sound was so bad you couldn't understand what they were saying. And also because this is a very large theatre, we were back integrated with a large crowd getting out of there and going through the rest of the museum with so many people.
To be honest, I enjoyed Madame Tussaud's in Las Vegas better. I probably would have enjoyed London's more if there wasn't such a crowd size let in at once. To me, letting in that many people is just money hungry by cramming so many in at once.

We unfortunately missed meeting the tour due to rain , traffic diversions and arriving late . Luckily we had a fast pass and printed tickets in hand which made it easy to enter the venue . Very impressed with Madame Tussaud’s

Had a fun time exploring Madame Tussaud’s with my daughter. Was pleased with the amazing life-like characters. Signed up for the champagne skip the line tour; they were not very organized about it and couldn’t seem to find anyone to help at first. Felt like we had to guzzle and go. Don’t bother signing up for this part, but definitely go through the gallery to see!
We were absolutely mesmerised by the displays,every part of it was amazing,so life like you have to look again and again to make sure it's not a real person!
Madam Tussaud in London is a fantastic experience for the whole family. It's interactive, educational, and truly magical.
We had fun admiring the statues. We enjoyed taking pictures with the most famous celebrities and Royal Fanily members. Very nice also the Marvel movie in 4D.
