Mike was very knowledgeable and made the tour fun. I was surprised there was so much history in Lancaster. Mike answered all of our questions and even pointed out interesting things about the architecture. The beer was good too!

Mike shared his wealth of knowledge and life experiences in a relaxed manner. He was extremely flexible to the needs of our group.
He patiently waited for us in the rain as we were late arriving from the food tour with Kendra. He accommodated us, kept us comfortable, dry and warm on an extremely stormy day!
Can’t wait to plan another road trip to Lancaster to see, learn and enjoy all Lancaster has to offer,

Had a great time wandering the city of Lancaster. Never knew there was so much history in a city I never even knew was in Amish Country! Our guide Mike was awesome and knew so much. You do need to listen to the history before getting your first beer, but it was worth the wait! Great technology as well, we were given and earpiece to make sure we heard every word as we walked through the city.

Learning about how Lancaster played such a big role in abolitionist history, breweries, and also its beautiful diverse architecture. Mike was a great guide. Informative, friendly & knowledgable. He “got” our group and made it a really enjoyable afternoon. Highly recommend and would take this tour again.

Great tour. We enjoyed seeing the preserved excavation area inside the Marriott, walking through a section of old town and hearing about the history of Lancaster and the beer. Tour guide was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. We highly recommend!

This was a great walking tour to understand the history of Lancaster. I would highly recommend it if you’re interested in how the city began and became what it is today. We also stopped at two pubs with a large selection of craft beers to choose from. The beers were delicious. I would recommend this tour for anyone who’s interested in the history of Lancaster that is not just about the Amish. The tour guide also was a local and extremely knowledgeable. Everyone wore masks and were socially distance.

I had so much fun on this tour. Mike was very knowledgeable about the history of Lancaster and where to find excellent craft beer. We went to two breweries and I enjoyed both of them. I would highly recommend this tour.
