it's a lot of walking. be prepared
it was informative but we had to deal w a lot of car and motorcycle noise.
I would definitely not run a tour when there is a beer fest in town.

Diana was the best!!! So much knowledge and very fun presentation. I had a very nice time and so did my husband. We will be back on our next trip! Thanks Diana❤️

Informative in the way of local history but not really much in the way of ghost stories. Tour guide very friendly

The tour was great. She was very knowledgeable. The only reason for the 4 star and not 5, the ending point should be the beginning point. Walking at night with a child in a strange town in the dark was not pleasant, in fact, it was scary walking back to my car. Everyone should have been together at the meeting point for safety reasons. I would recommend only if the ending point were to change.

Hi Carla,
First, thanks for joining us and glad to hear you enjoyed the tour! Unfortunately, all you had to do is ask the guide to walk back to the beginning with you. With the ending only approximately 3 block from the beginning, many of our guests like to roam about and revisit spots they passed on the tour.

Great walking tour with intriguing points of interest. Easy walk that has a good amount of stops but stays in an easy to navigate area. Cute alleyway and great architecture as well.

Dan did a wonderful job of telling stories and the history of the town. He was even dressed in character for the evening stroll through town.

We were our own little group. Our tour guide Ally was amazing. You could tell that she loved her job and ever aspect of it. She was so fun and knew lots of stories.

Tour was great and very informative on the history of the people it was about. Our guide made the experience great. Spoke loud enough for everyone to hear and when the noise of downtown took over for a few seconds or so he just waited it out instead of just rushing through. We had a great time and would recommend it to all who visit the area.

This ghost walk was interesting and fun. Great mix of history and legend. I definitely recommend this tour for travelers and locals alike.

Very good stories maybe a little over priced
Doesn’t have to be don’t that late so as not dealing with the night crowds

I would rename the tour to a historical tour instead of a ghost tour due to all the information in the places visited
Rhonda_T, Aug 2025
Our tour guide was very informative and we loved that the stories are based on real people. The tour guide was loud, so everyone could hear.
The only dislikes were there were elderly people in our group, that couldn’t keep up with the pace of our tour guide and he didn’t wait until the group was all together before starting the story.

Very cute tour! Our guide was great, and super knowledgeable about Lancaster history and facts (not just ghosts). Super fun!

Real nice tour around Lancaster. We learned a lot about the town and it's history. The tour guide was very interesting and gave a great tour.

It just an enjoyable time filled with stories. We enjoyed the stories and how they reach farther than just Lancaster.

There are no scares, so if you're looking for a thrill this isn't for you.
The tour was very easy to walk, although the group was sizable (24? people), but our guide Jason took care to keep the group together. He was an excellent storyteller, telling the local legends and a little real history. We enjoyed this little venture. Thanks, Jason 😊

Tour was good except it was very cold and damp . We were miserable and legs were cramping from standing for almost 2 hours .
Presentation was good it's just we felt Lancaster doesn't have the real ghostly tales as in other older cities

Tour guide was friendly. Her love for Lancaster was evident. Guide often left out interesting details that wouldve captured my attention. Participants had to inquire about these details after each story in order to get clarity about the alleged happenings.
She was hesitant to speak on anything that might be controversial--especially events that included indigenous or enslaved people.
