It’s a lot of walking. I should have requested a wheel chair, as my trip information indicated was available, because there are handicap ramps, and I have neuropathy and allergies, but it was so beautiful I powered through! It is very interesting, and our tour guide and the presenters were very courteous and knowledgeable. All in all, our trip for my daughter’s 50th Birthday, and my friend’s 48th Anniversary was amazing. We also had reservations for lunch at the cafe and the food was delicious! I would love to come again, and will recommend everyone visit at least once!

This was a fascinating experience. Our guide was Cajun and she thoroughly explained the different cultures that make up the area. She told us the history of each building as well as the French words. I highly recommend taking the tour as the explanation made everything come together.

We enjoyed the walk around Vermillion Village and it's history. Guide was very knowledgeable of the history and even shared personal stories. It was only May, but very hot; only air-conditioning was gift shop at beginning and end; lots of sweating.

Le point de rdv donné sur Viator en cliquant sur Google Maps était inexact. Heureusement mon mari a vu le kiosque du site pour les visites à travers les arbres et nous avons repris la voiture jusqu’au bon endroit.
Concernant la visite guidée en français, Kevin a été fantastique, c’est un homme qui connaît tellement de choses concernant cette région et ce qui s’y est passé et il sait les transmettre avec passion. C’était super interessant et nous avons appris beaucoup de choses car il a prit vraiment le temps pour cette visite et nous le remercions.
