Did not realize it was an App based self tour. I also did not realize that Viator is a third party. Once on the App it began to ask for additional money to “earn” rewards. I have requested a refund.

First off we drove an hour away just to get there the building was closed looked like it haven’t been open for years . I called viator they barely helped me and this scavenger hunt is on my phone . I paid $24 just to find out this was on my phone
