Double Booked and Canceled our Charter the day before going.

This charter company operates on over 40 different websites. They charged our credit card and had a reservation until I got notification the day before that they had double booked and then canceled our reservation. We still have not received a refund yet either. Even as the day of they still showed availability. I would not use this company as they are not reliable especially when you’re planning a full day experience.

Kevin, I want to start by saying I’m really sorry. You’re absolutely right. Even though your booking came in last minute, we still canceled the day before and didn’t catch the overbooking until it was too late. That’s on us. It’s not how we do business. We’ll never be perfect, mistakes will happen as it has with you, but I do believe what matters is how we respond when we mess up. Since this happened, we’ve tried reaching you multiple times, tried to look for another boat option for you that day, and still hoping we can make it right. For context, we’ve hosted over 21,000 guests and something like this is very rare for us, but that doesn’t change your experience. We did try to reach you before the review, and got your voicemail today because we genuinely want the chance to fix this. If you’re open to it, I’d like to personally make this right. If not, your review is accurate and fair so little I can say more. Blessings to you I’m sorry this impacted your trip. That’s not something I take lightly. If you’re open to it, I’d really like to make this right for you.

We thoroughly enjoyed this charter. Captain Kevin adjusted the trip to our interests as we explored the area. From swimming in the shallow water and swinging in the mangroves to exploring alligator reef, then some fishing, we had a great day! Highly recommend this charter and this captain!
