Capt. Aaron & First Mate, Jake were great and fun. Even with windy conditions, we all had fun. Highly recommended!

got to see a bunch of sea creatures. The guides were very helpful and friendly and we were able to see a lot including dolphins, sharks, rays, and a bunch of fish

Aaron and Jake were professional. Water was clear and beautiful fish at Alligator Lighthouse. Waves were strong on the day we went. Would not recommend for small children or those that aren’t strong swimmers. Sand bar was neat. It was a fun experience.

The description of the trip says it begins at Alligator reef lighthouse, which is why I booked this in the first place. Shortly after departure, the captain tells us we are going to cheeca rocks instead. Upon asking why not the lighthouse as advertised, the captain said cheeca rocks was better because the lighthouse was mostly sand. I voiced my frustration and he asked the group for a show of hands on who had their heart set on going to the lighthouse and only myself and a few other raised their hands so he said, cheeca rocks it is - apparently another snorkeling group had been moved to our boat and I assume their snorkeling destination could have been different seeing as not many people seemed upset about the change. The description of the excursion that I booked says alligator reef & does NOT say other possible spots - it says if weather was unfavorable for the alligator reef, we would be rescheduled or refunded. Also, we were not informed of the change in itinerary until we had already departed so we couldn’t get off the boat. I requested a refund and was denied, as the captain told the manager that we were informed prior to departure, which was untrue. I spoke to the manager and told them to look at the camera footage(there was a ring camera on board) and that it would verify everything I had said and shown that the captain was lying about informing us prior to departure, but received no response and my refund request was denied. The reef at chica rocks was pretty deep - not for beginner snorkelers. You would have needed to dive down deeper to actually get a good look at everything AND we were there at high tide so it was difficult to see much while snorkeling. I would say DO NOT book with this company. If you DO, make sure you ask ALL the questions before departure and if you are informed of a change in plans post departure, get your phone out and record the conversation. Horrible experience.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations.
We would like to clarify a few points regarding your trip. On the day of your excursion, the captain made the decision to snorkel at Cheeca Rocks rather than Alligator Reef Lighthouse due to visibility conditions at Alligator Reef. The safety and overall experience of our guests are always our top priorities, and our captains regularly adjust destinations based on current conditions to provide the best snorkeling opportunity available.
Before arriving at the snorkel site, the captain explained the conditions and asked the group for input regarding the location change. The overwhelming majority of guests preferred to proceed to Cheeca Rocks based on his professional recommendation. While we understand that Alligator Reef was the destination you were most excited to visit, the alternative location was selected specifically because it offered better snorkeling conditions that day.
We would also like to clarify that your refund request was approved and processed, and proof of the refund was provided. We apologize if there was any confusion regarding that process.
Regarding water depth, both Alligator Reef and Cheeca Rocks are natural reef environments, and conditions such as depth, tides, and visibility can vary from day to day. While many beginners successfully enjoy these locations, individual comfort levels and conditions can impact each guest’s experience.
We genuinely regret that this trip did not meet your expectations and appreciate your feedback. We are always striving to provide the best possible experience for all of our guests and wish you the very best on your future adventures.

I originally booked this trip for a Sunday. They then called & asked if we could move to Saturday, which we did. We arrived to the boat & went a few hundred yards & the Captain said we needed to return to the dock because he was having an engine issue. Apparently this was an ongoing issue that he could usually rig. The kicker was that he said it was the best snorkeling day he had seen a while, no wind. We then rescheduled for Monday. At 7:30 am on Monday we got s call that the trip was cancelled due to… wind. So, the one star is not for the actual trip, because we never went! It’s for the scheduling debacle.

We’re so sorry that you weren’t able to experience what we truly have to offer. Unfortunately, between the weather and the engine issue, the circumstances were out of our control. We do appreciate your understand a truly hope you’d give us another shot in the future.

The crew was super professional, the snorkeling stage is wonderful. We have seen many varieties of fish including small hammerhead sharks, large barracudas all in linpid water. It was a very good experience.
