Captain Pete was awesome!! We weren’t able to go to the sandbar due to heavy wind conditions, but, Pete gave us an up close and personal tour on the Bay side. He was extremely knowledgeable about sea life and made sure the kids had fun. We saw a manatee, starfish, osprey catching fish, and beautiful homes. Going through the mangroves was just beautiful! He knows all things local and is a great story teller.

The owners were great to work with. Our planned day turned out windy and cold and they took us out to the sandbar to see how we liked it and when we got there we determined it was too cold to enjoy, we went back to home port and they allowed us to reschedule. Captain Charley was a great captain. Very friendly and personable. We got there early and he was willing to start the trip early. We left the sandbar early and went for a ride through a couple channels and he was very informative and entertaining. The boat is old but that was ok with us. We were still comfortable and felt safe riding in it. Huge cooler for all your beverages and food. If you don’t like standing bring a sand chair or folding chair or something small to sit on in the sand. Would definitely do this again.

Charlie (our captain) was great. Sand bar was very crowed so we didn't enjoy it very much. only two of our party ventured outside the tiki barge

Definitely recommend this trip - great guide who took us on a detour to see houses around the sea and then to sandbar for drinking music and fun in the sea
