Very poor communication. There was a Hurricane and lots of changes in our debarkation times and days. They came to the hotel to pick us up after being cancelled and an hour early as well. Refused to refund our money.

Aloha,
Yes, our driver was dispatched for the confirmed and scheduled pickup date and time. Unfortunately, we were not informed that your cruise boarding had been canceled or that your transportation needs had changed. We only became aware of the cancellation when our driver reached out to let you know that he was on location for your scheduled pickup.
Later that day, you contacted us requesting transportation with approximately 30 minutes’ notice. At that time, there were hurricane conditions affecting the island, creating unsafe driving conditions, and we did not have a vehicle immediately available.
We did offer to send another vehicle and driver once one became available; however, because this was a new transportation request outside of the original confirmed reservation, it would have needed to be rebooked.
We completely understand that the hurricane caused unexpected changes to your cruise itinerary. However, we also have to account for the fact that a driver and vehicle were reserved and dispatched specifically for your confirmed pickup, and we were not notified of the cancellation before the driver arrived.

Highly efficient means of getting from the airport to your hotel. Don’t bother with a car unless you plan to travel the island. Save the hassle of parking fees and lack of parking availability in downtown Waikiki and ride in comfort instead!! Clean, professional, excellent communication and efficient. Start your vacay early and avoid the drive.

I definitely recommend this company. The driver was there before our plane landed. He also gave clear instructions on how to get to him. We also used this same company to take us to the airport. The drivers were on time and courtesy.

Our Driver was Makana. He was there before our flight landed. He texted me instructions on where to meet him.
