The Sunset Hibachi Cruise was certainly a memorable experience, and the chefs were both entertaining and genuinely kind, which added a lot to the evening. However, I do feel there are a few areas that could be improved. For the $127 per person ticket price, it would be reasonable to include complimentary soft drinks and water, with charges reserved for alcoholic beverages. It was a bit disappointing that no beverages at all were included in the cost.
Additionally, it would be helpful if the number of guests were limited to match the available seating. Some passengers were left without a place to sit, which took away from the comfort of the experience. Lastly, while the cruise is advertised as a two-hour event from 6 to 8 p.m., we didn’t actually set sail until around 6:20, which shortened the actual time on the water.
With a few adjustments, this cruise has the potential to be truly exceptional.

Come dressed causal, relaxed, and ready to enjoy the experience! Everyone from the Captain, bartender, and the Chef's were exceptional. It was well worth the price.

The instructions as to where to go to reach the boat were non-existent. When we did find the boat it was over crowded with not enough seating for everyone! The food was plentiful and tasty!

The most memorable part was people drinking the Saki. I think it was a competition or something. I don't drink but it was fun to watch them. I booked this cruise for my husband's birthday. I enjoyed seeing the happiness in his eyes. He really loved it and talked about until we fell asleep.

We had a wonderful evening celebrating my husband’s birthday on the hibachi cruise. Food was delicious, crew was friendly, boat was comfortable and roomy enough for all passengers. Some were even dancing at end of the trip.
Our only suggestion: could the captain narrate where on the island we were sailing by. We are locals, but most were visitors. Some were wondering what we were seeing: Spanish Wells, Wexford, Sea Pines, Harbor Town lighthouse, etc. Maybe mention interesting island history too. Otherwise, great trip . We would recommend

Vacation vibe even though I wasn't on vacation. Family atmosphere along with added Adult fun. Only suggestion would be to get a bigger boat and have tables set up with hibachi cooks infront of guest cooking.

It was a great way to spend an evening! James and Christian were entertaining as they prepared the meal and were making sure that everyone was happy and having fun. The boat was not too crowded and everyone was able to find a seat for the ride out and back. We encourage everyone to give this cruise a go, you’ll have a great time.

Such a fun and different experience for our family. Our boys, 8 and 10 years old, loved it. The chefs Christian and Dakota were awesome and made it so fun for the kids. Sake shots for grown ups and Sprite shots for the kids. Food was delicious. What a great way to watch the sunset. Thank you!

We made reservations for the sunset hibachi Dinner cruise through viator not knowing they were a third party booking site the beginning of June 2024 for July,24. We drove 5 hrs & get there to find out they (viator) never sent the proper paperwork showing we paid for our cruise. Angry would be an understatement because it was raining extremely hard. U could not see the roads due to the heavy rain and wind blowing… Overall the staff courtney (Sunset hibachi dinner cruise) was very helpful and very knowledgeable. She tried her best to assist at trying to
get us on the cruise because she seen it was paid & we provided the reference number but it was not showing in the system. Viator only apologize and stated they were not sure what happened. I would never book using them AGAIN. This was so embarrassing & let’s not forget the 5hr dr. I was on hold to speak with a supervisor for a 1 hour then the call was disconnected (now i’m pissed more) Called back and had to wait another hour to speak with a supervisor & all she could say was i apologize!!!!! It didn’t matter that we drove 5 hours for a dinner we never received!!!! DON’T BOOK THROUGH THEM (VIATOR) MAKE SURE U ARE BOOKING THROUGH THE ACTUAL SITE BECAUSE THOSE FEW EXTRA DOLLARS BEING SAVE ARE NOT WORTH THE EMBARRASSMENT.

We were not prepared to hold our food and drinks in our laps. The food was not t good and it was cold. Even after paying $200 we still had to purchase drinks. There wasn’t even enough room for us to sit on the boat. I am extremely disappointed

After reading the previous reviews I was hesitant. But my family of 4 (2 kids 12 & 13) really enjoyed ourselves! The crew were great and food was good! Music was playing and people were having a fun time.

We went on 6/14/24 to celebrare Father’s Day. We all had an amazing evening. Watching the sunset was our favorite part of all. The chefs were GREAT, very friendly, and their service was 10 out of 10. My husband enjoyed the experience which was my main goal. Would recommend anyone to try Sunset Hibachi Cruise.

It was okay but not worth the price. No tables so be prepared to eat from a paper bowl on your lap and juggle a drink (at great additional expense). I’d only go again at half the cost.

The crew were interactive and fun. The number of people was good for an exciting not overwhelming experience. The food was enough for everyone to have what they wanted and it was good enough to get my pickiest eater to try some and get a bowel himself. The sunset views were amazing and ended the trip nicely.
