Please arrive 30 minutes before departure time for check in. Check in at our floating office at the end of the long wooden pier. When you turn onto Simmons Rd. you will make your first right into our parking lot. Then you will walk down the wooden pier, turn left, walk to the Island Head office.

John provided a complete tour of the intercoastal area. November was a great time to do this as the water traffic was minimal offering a calm and serene experience. Seeing several dolphins was of course the highlight, especially 2 that came just a few feet from our boat.

John was a good guide and was knowledgeable about the area. Unfortunately, we only saw a few dolphins in the distance and only briefly as well, but it was still an enjoyable day on the water with the wonderful weather.

The trip departed on time, which was appreciated. However, we didn’t see many dolphins—just a couple here and there. It felt like the guide was unsure of where to go, as none of the areas we visited had much marine life. As a boat ride, it was pleasant and relaxing, but if your main goal is to see ocean wildlife, especially dolphins, this tour might fall short.
One suggestion: consider equipping the captain with a microphone. It was difficult to hear the few stories he shared during the trip, and clearer audio would enhance the overall experience.

We ended up having the boat to ourselves and while our captain was about 10 minutes late getting underway, we got the full 90 minutes tour. We saw many dolphins who swam around and breached near the boat including a mother and her calf. It was a wonderful experience and I highly recommend it to anyone!

Worst boat ride ever! The captain was late. Did not introduced himself when he arrived. He did not cover any safety precautions. He did not say one word the entire 90 minutes boat ride unless you asked him a direct question. When asked a question, his response was very short. Horrible customer experience. We do not recommend this dolphin boat ride.

You will enjoy this experience even if you didn't get to see a pod of dolphins. The weather was perfect and warm to be out on the water. We did see one dolphin swimming near our boat and it was exciting. Our captain was awesome and he made sure that we at least got the chance to see a dolphin during our trip.

You have received a partial refund due to the tour being cut short due to increasing winds and safety. The sound you are referring to was too choppy that day. We are lucky enough to have multiple waterways to operate in, in such cases.

Overall, we had a pleasant experience. It was windy, so we only saw a handful of dolphins, but it was a beautiful day. We were lucky enough to have the tour to ourselves! Our tour guide was friendly, but only shared information about the location and animals if we asked. He was on his phone while driving the boat and he ended the tour about 20 minutes early.

Captain Sarah was FABULOUS! She was very knowledgeable about the area as well as of the “where and what” caused the dolphins to be in the area of the tour. Difficult to determine how many dolphins we saw (as some may have been seen more than once) but we saw many! Great trip. Easy to obtain reservations either on line or actually at the little office on the dock.

The weather was nice. The boat had no covering. It was very low budget looking and the company doesn't even offer water to their guests. The driver did not communicate on the boat ride, and he drove entirely too fast. I would not recommend.
