Good communication from Viator, straightforward provision of tickets and audioguide.
Uffizi Gallery is one of the stand- out art galleries in the world- very busy ( July), entry time at 10am minimised queue to enter. The gallery is big, steep stairs to gain access to main second level gallery ( I presume a lift exists for people who can't manage them, but wasn't obvious to me). By the time your reach Caravaggio you will be wilting...

This is an site not recognized by Ufizzi gallery. I've explained them and show the prenatation and told me that i have to pay the audio guide because they are not recognizing those kind of sites. It should be only Ufizzi official.

This issue happens when you do not read our instuctions.
The Viator voucher is not the Uffizi Gallery entrance ticket. We send the official timed-entry museum ticket separately by email and, when possible, also by WhatsApp. We also send the digital audio guide app link with clear instructions on how to download it before the visit.
The audio guide included in this product is a third-party digital audio guide, not the official Uffizi museum audio device. The Uffizi has its own separate audio guide service inside the museum, which requires leaving a document and returning the device after the visit.
All of this information is clearly explained in the product description and in the instructions sent before the visit. Following those instructions saves time and avoids paying again for a service that was already included in your booking.

The audio guide app asks for a QR code or a login, neither of which are available. Can’t sign up, no QR code. For the audio guide, have to pay 6 euros at the entrance otherwise no QR code. Hidden fee should be mentioned. Average experience overall, not much ventilation in the museum itself.

The instructions sent together with your official tickets explain the audio guide access process clearly. There is no need to scan any QR code or enter a password. You only need to click the audio guide link, and it will redirect you directly to the app. it was very simple process.
This is also mentioned in the product description, so the process should be simple and straightforward.
Regarding the museum ventilation, this is managed by the museum and is not related to the service provided by Florence with Locals.

I had trouble downloading the audio tour from inside of the museum. It was too late by the time that I saw that I should have downloaded it prior to entering the museum. I ended up renting an audio guide for me and my daughter. The museum is huge and there are a lot of exhibits to explore. It was nice to determine on my own if I wanted to spend more time exploring a particular exhibit.

We are sorry the audio guide caught you out — it does need to be downloaded before you pass through security, as there's no signal once you're inside the galleries, and I completely understand how easy that is to miss in the moment. I'm really glad you still found your own rhythm through the museum and could decide where to linger; that freedom is exactly what we hope the visit gives every traveller. We're making the "download before entry" step more prominent so the next guest doesn't run into the same thing.

The audio guide would not download for 2 of the 3 of us. Museum is large and overwhelming and I teach art. You are required to walk through all of the rooms to get to the exit and many rooms are crowded and warm. Not my favorite experience in Florence.

This is Florence so there will be multiple tourists waiting for multiple company representatives until the tour guide arrives and she made all the difference Galya told us the story of Michaelangelo and his sculptures as if she were telling it for the first time, with depth and passion, she also modified the tour by showing us David first since I had to leave earlier than the rest of the group. 10/10

Tickets where on time and on spot as they where supposed to, every thing ran perfectly.
The Ufizzi Gallery is amazing with some of the mos important masterpieces in the world, it's worth every minute of line to buy a ticket..., but if you can buy in advance and skip the line, Do it!

The audio guide was a waste of money. You would be better off renting the audio unit at the museum. It was very confusing getting into the museum.

The Uffizi is amazing but crowded at this time of year. Unfortunately, the tours just add to this even more.
We booked an 11 o’clock entrance and came early. Then we were told our tickets said 11:45.
I don’t think we received the proper notification unless it came while we were traveling which is always difficult.
Still had to wait till 12 o’clock to enter.
I thought the audio guide was difficult and did not receive proper instructions.

Tickets were twice the price if I had bought them on the Uffizi website. Could NOT my get partner audio to work. Should have just got at museum audio tour. Could not access the printed guide due to WiFi and poor signal at the museum

We got to the gallery and queued for our tickets. Once inside, we had no idea of how to get our audio set as we had not been given instructions so continued without them only to receive instructions once we had left two hours later, as there was no internet signal in the building . This was very disappointing as we feel we missed out on lots of information. The instructions should be clear from booking the tour not sent near your time of entry. The gallery was amazing and worth seeing.

Viator ticket will not work and adding to wallet is useless. Real ticket arrived via App and Museum doesn’t have internet to download. Not sure how we needed to access audio so had to spend €8 per person . There was no one meeting and time was irrelevant according to museum workers

This product is a reserved ticket with digital audio guide, not a guided tour with a staff member meeting guests at the entrance. Guests can go directly to the museum entrance with the official ticket we send separately.

We got first in line and our tickets were not available. We had to look everywhere in our email WhatsApp nowhere to be found. When we tried to contact you in the help line it would disconnect. After several tries no one answered but our tickets were sent. We were the last ones to go in the line of probably 300 people. We have other tours with you but it was very frustrating and upsetting to try to go in a place when we already supposedly had reserved tickets You need to be better at giving instructions on how to retrieve the digital ticket and actually send it on time.

Thank you for your review. However, we would like to clarify the full situation for future travelers.
Your original booking was made for May 5, 2026, and based on that booking, we purchased the official museum tickets for 5 people. These tickets were bought directly from the museum and, once issued, they are non-refundable and cannot be changed.
After the tickets had already been purchased, you requested to change the date to May 6. We understand that travel plans can change, but this was not an error on our side. The tickets were issued correctly according to the original booking date provided at the time of purchase.
For this reason, we are unable to refund tickets that were correctly purchased and paid for on your behalf. We always do our best to assist our guests, but last-minute date changes after official museum tickets have already been issued are outside our control.

Complicated because they don’t send electronic tickets. You have to jump through hoops to get the real tickets by handing over reservation tickets. Way too complicated. Why not just send legitimate tickets instead of having people run around a city?

For this experience, we send the official electronic tickets directly to the guest’s mobile phone and email. There is no need to exchange reservation vouchers or collect physical tickets elsewhere.
This information is also clearly stated in our activity description, where we explain that tickets are sent directly to your phone. We kindly ask guests to check the details of the booking before leaving a public review, as the process described in your comment does not match the service we provide.

My only complaint is that they have the "Tribunal" room (key artists include Bronzino, Raphael, Titian, Correggio, and Pontormo) cordoned off, yet allow people to queue up just to come to the rope and look in the room for 3 seconds before they are ushered away. It makes absolutely no sense. You can tell that there are some paintings hanging in it, but you can't actually see them. I don't see the point.

Mobile signal inside the gallery is outside our control, as it depends on the local network coverage and the building’s conditions.
For this reason, we clearly mention in the activity description that the audio guide app should be downloaded before the visit. This helps ensure that guests can use it smoothly even if the mobile connection inside the gallery is weak.
We always encourage guests to read the full description before their visit so they can prepare properly and avoid this type of inconvenience.

I paid almost 50€ for this ticket, and it turns out the entrance fee was only 25€ if I had bought it directly from the museum. The entrance ticket comes in three different versions of which only one is accepted at the museum, so it took a long time to find the right one before I was allowed inside. Also, the ticket was supposed to include an audio guide. I never managed to make it work because it came via a different app, and there was no connection at all at the museum, so I couldn't download it. I should have just bought the audioguide directly at the museum as well. The problem with the connection at the museum is of course not Viator's fault. But nevertheless, I find the price of 49€ completely unfair. I wish I had done my research better before buying via Viator. Would definitely not recommend or use another time.

For this reason, the final price includes several costs beyond the museum’s official entrance fee, such as platform commission, Italian taxes, service fees, reservation handling, staff support, and the digital audio guide service. This is why the price on Viator is different from the official museum ticket price.
Please also note that we purchased and prepared your ticket before your visit date, and the cost for us is not only the printed museum entrance price shown on the ticket. Our service includes securing the reservation, processing the booking, sending the correct ticket information, and providing support before the visit.
Regarding the digital audio guide, this service is provided through a separate audio guide app, as the Viator app itself does not provide the museum audio guide service. We sent the access instructions before your visit. Unfortunately, mobile connection inside the Uffizi Gallery can be limited, and this is managed by the museum, not by Viator or by our company. For this reason, we always recommend opening the audio guide link and downloading the app before entering the museum whenever possible.

We were unable to download our tickets after waiting in line. We had a voucher Viator confirm code and the museum wouldn’t take it. Plan B- We found a bistro and got away from the thick stone walls, then we were able to get on What’s Ap and get our actual tickets that worked. This whole process took a long time. We learned.

Downloaded the app to get the audio tour. In retrospect I could have just downloaded any audio tour and bought my own tickets. The museum itself was amazing. Also download the pdf tickets you get a day or two before They didn’t take the tickets through the Viator app.

big line outside the entrance and crowded inside too . There was a line so long for rooms 17 to 23 that the ushers came and broke it up . We didnt get to see those rooms .
Botticceli room and Carravagio room also packed . Elsewhere was reasonable .
