Won’t book with them again

Was a bit of a muck around. Didn’t get code to download audio had to ask for it. No communication on where our sweet treats and oil tasting was. Again had to ask and found out was long way away from the event at central markets. Would t book thru them again

Internet at the museum is not good. The agent could not assist with connection to audio tour. We had to purchase radios from museum for their own tour. Do not use this site, there are tour companies on site that will assist for a tour.

We paid almost double than the regular price for having a ticket ‘skip the line’ Finally it was not priority because we had to wait at a huge queue like hundreds other people. Moreover we could not download the ticket … on the contrary we had to find a representative somewhere around thousand people in order to get our tickets. Highly recommend. Instructions were clear. Make sure you read the email sent the day before so you’re not confused about the meeting point. We only waited about 5 mins to get inside as the line moves quick for the designated timed entrance.

The instructions for the voucher/ticketing process were wrong. We were directed to the n.3 window to redeem our voucher, but were sent back to find the Accord representative. The Accord staff seemed overwhelmed, but they did get our tickets and we got into the museum. The audio guide got mixed reviews from our group of 4.
