Please note that this is not an office address; a staff member will be standing outside the supermarket to exchange your voucher for the physical ticket.

The guide moved way to fast and was rude to the older people who could not move as fast as he wanted them to move. Totally into himself.
It was not a fast track as the people in the regular line went in when we did.

Very easy to find the tour coordinator and collect tickets! We ran late due to a wreck on the main highway and missed our original time. There was no issue to book a later time and the coordinator waited for us for 45 minutes to arrive.

Seeing David is amazing, however when we arrived at the designated location there was no labeled group as mentioned. We arrived early. After asking numerous people someone pointed out a man who was rushing around placing people in lines. No ebook was offered and he put us in the wrong line. We were told twice to go back to the end of the line and waited over an hour to get into the museum. Seems like things were not organized/ advertised well at all and the tickets were costly considering that I paid for 5 people. David is beautiful, though!

Please also note that your visit was on a Tuesday at 12:20 PM, which is one of the busiest times of the entire week at the Accademia Gallery. While we do our best to manage the flow of visitors, the museum's internal crowd control is not within our direct control.

We bought the “skip the line” tickets but not exactly how it went. Found the guy with the tickets easily enough but he just walked us over to a line and told us to get in. It was the wrong line and we had to figure it out ourselves. We stood in line for about 25 minutes before we got in. Better than the line of general admission tickets but we didn’t really skip anything.

The official we were told to exchange our vouchers said they weren’t part of Viator and we had to find someone with a flag. We finally found someone and they escorted us to a very long line. We had paid for skip the line. It was a rainy day and that is why we paid so much extra so we could skip the long wait.

On rainy days, entry can take longer even with priority tickets, as we must limit the number of visitors inside this small museum for safety reasons. We have to wait for people to exit before allowing new visitors to enter.
The "skip-the-line" service does typically provide faster entry, but cannot always guarantee immediate access, especially during peak times or inclement weather.
Regarding pricing, as a third-party provider we do charge a service fee to cover our operating costs. Additionally, we are required to pay government taxes on ticket sales.
These factors mean our prices may be higher than purchasing directly from the museum.

My experience was that the Agency Viator used to give me a ticket did not show up. There were several other vendors present and they tried to help, They called the responsible vendor and no one showed. We were past our time frame so one of them gave us tickets and we got in late. Didn’t have much time as we had to meet our bus. I have used Viator before but won’t any more.

Would recommend buying own tickets and save money. Agent turned up late and told hs to join red queue, the only skip the line element was to buy ticket.

It was very nice to be able to walk past the long line for the Galleria Dell’Accademia and get in quickly. The meeting point was a little confusing, as it is more across the street from the address listed than at the address itself. Overall a good and convenient experience.

Arrived early to exchange voucher as per email instruction. Area around Galleria Academia was so crowded. Went to given place beside Carrefour Express. Could not find shop, as we thought, to exchange voucher. Thanks to another tourist we realised it was just some guy on street. He had no identification of any sort to signal that he was the person we needed. At one point we thought we had been scammed before we found him. Absolute mess. Would never again recommend Viator. Also paid €33 each and entry price at venue was €20 so hefty mark up. First time to use Viator on the bases that it was a TripAdvisor company.

Our meeting point person was difficult to find. The address given was a market. The store clerk confirmed the address but had no idea about the tour. He advised to ask someone in the street. I found a tour guide from a different company because he had a vest with his company name. I showed him my voucher and he pointed to another person who was in plain clothes. He was our point person but not easy to know that. Once we had our tickets, there was still a bit of line to enter. Many people had “skip the line” tickets. Once in the museum it was a good experience.

The visit to the Accademia Gallery and the artwork was 5 star but finding the meeting point and the ticket person to get the physical tickets were not as easy. He was late. We had to ring the person a couple of times. You need to wait in the street for the ticket delivery and find the right person as a few companies are operating in the same way. It didn’t help that he was late.

4 stars as it was a little difficult to know you were in the right place to pick up the tickets. The directions get you there but there's no signage or anything and you're relying on either asking someone or waiting for them to ask you. A sign or some type of indicator you're in the right place would be nice.

La atención fue excelente para entrar a la Academia, el guia encantador le pregunté por el libro electrónico y me dijo que me habia sido remitido poe email, como no lo encontraba, el mismo me lo mandó, nos acompañó hasta la fila y entramos los primeros, excelente total.
No fue asi en la galería de los uficci , nos dieron la entrada y a esperar cola como todo el mundo, muy mal en Galería de los Uficci.
