Guide was informative but we had to wait an hour for entry as they didnt tell us we would only be allowed to enter at 10:15 even though we booked for 9:15, we had to leave our tour early as we had another booking at uffizi.

After that we queued for about 75 minutes to get into the (for all) free entrance of the cathedral. We didn't see the guide after that. We did the tour of the cathedral on our own. Unfortunately, the file we downloaded was not the real one either. The text is so similar on Google.
