    Failed to deliver tickets for megapass deal

    Booked megapass for 3 events. Company failed to send tickes with barcodes for the Hop OnHop Off bus as well as 2 museum visits. Even though i was assured tickets would be emailed to me. Very dissapponted with the service. I have been unable to contact company by email.
