The tour goes to Piazza Michelangelo and sites on opposite side of Arno from major historic areas. Also did not last the full 1 1/2 hours described. You listen to a canned speech at various stops so not very personal. We had taken a fantastic golf car tour in Rome and were excited about this one. Just okay.

Wonderful! I had only 1.5 days to enjoy Florence. After doing all the must-see sights and walking tours on the first day, I decided to do a golf cart tour on the morning of my departure. I was not quite sure what to expect but I ended up the only passenger and it was quite a treat! In addition to driving me around the parts of the city that I had missed (eg Piazza Santa Croce), Giovanni took me south of the river where I got to enjoy the beautiful view from Piazzale michelangelo, the cimitero delle porte sante & nearby church, and other sights. It was a 1.5-hour tour, but ended up almost 2 hours - I lucked out! Highly recommend.

Our tour guide, Uva, made our ride excellent. In the high heat of Florence presently, touring in a golf cart gave us comfortable views of major attractions. 90 mins offers a perfect timing to understand what to visit after the tour.

Driver didn’t speak English, audio kept failing and wasn’t in time with where we were. Didn’t follow route on Viator. Took us to a random church and walked round a cemetery! Barely saw Duomo and no audio. Took 2 hours rather than 90 minutes as driver went off piste! Disappointed for the money we paid for this.

Enjoyable tour, and got to see some great sights. Punctuality isn’t there best though. Was 20 mins late for tour before and then our driver didn’t show so 20 minutes late as had to join another. I would recommend it though as got a really good idea of the city and got to see places I wouldn’t of perhaps been able to.

The poor isn't for the tour; it's because we got delayed and had to cancel at the last minute. I understand that such cancellations make the ticket non- refundable, although $130 is a steep penalty.

Amazing tour of all the important sights in Florence especially Piazzale Michelangelo. We were a group with young children and senior citizens and it was easier to go round and enjoy in a short period of time.

Hey! I didn’t appreciate how in the rain with my two kids, I’m asking the tour guide, are you part of the tour, the guy states maybe, it depends. There was a lack of connection. You want one to feel connected to the city, and that is not how you approach it. Finished in 40 minutes.

Our electric golf carts are all equipped with full rain protection, and they are very popular even in winter.
We regret that you didn't enjoy the weather conditions, but we believe we have provided everything necessary to overcome them.
Our driver ended the tour early, certainly with your agreement, to accommodate your discomfort with the rain and not to keep you engaged in an activity you weren't fully enjoying.

This 1,5 hour tour is so long due to the amazing climb up to the Piazzale Michelangelo which is not so close to the downtown but I think that's the best way to end up a city tour.
The road to the Piazzale Michelangelo and the fabulous view from the terrace are well worth it!

Time is flexible in Italy and meeting up with the drivers can be stressful if they’re not there at the scheduled time…however, this trip was fantastic once we got going! It’s such a great way to see a lot and cover a lot of ground in a short time…also, the breeze on the open-air golf cart is fab!

This tour should have had several stops with information about each area. However, when we got to the meeting place and we’re waiting there was a man (coordinator) with two dogs telling everyone they were wrong about the tour they purchased. He got people into golf carts and sent us off.
The tour started at stop #6! Why? Should have been 10-12 points of interest we only saw 6? We purchased this tour because we wanted to see the main sights of Florence before venturing on our own.
We asked our driver for the name of a store where we could purchase jewelry. Unbeknown to us he took us to a store where we “got a discount” if we mentioned the drivers name! He dropped us off at the store! Said he would return to pick us up- we called and he said he was too busy! We were left at Santa Croce and needed to find our way back!! We did not want to be dropped off!! He did not explain and did not ask us!! The driver spent most of the trip texting on his phone while driving! Awful!!
I do not recommend this particular tour at all and would NOT recommend the company Viator partnered with!

Carlo was a fantastic guide. He was enthusiastic and funny, taking us on a journey through the streets of Florence and in the hills for a panoramic view of the city. I would highly recommend Carlo!

Was at the meeting point early. Nobody showed up. Apparently some streets were blocked because of a marathon. I was not notified until later and could not reschedule. Asked for a refund but am doubtful as they have not replied.

Little confused, not the buggy as pictured (ok) not an English speaking guide and didn't want to lusten to a recording , our trip inky lasted 1hr 40 mins of which 15 mins were taken up by photo stops which weren't always wanted ir necessary, we had no map and the commentary started at number 7 ?? , where was 1-6 , very nice chap and did go out of town but not what I was expecting at all

The numbers 1 to 7 refer to some monuments which sadly have some limitations. Unfortunately the paper map was not included in the service, nevertheless we apologise if you did not like the service.
The tour guide is only provided for private tours, on regular tours we always use recorded audioguide.
