Hamed was a BLAST! Had such a great tour of Florence with him at the wheel and providing the narrative. If you want to see a lot of the city in a relatively short time and with minimal walking (which can be important to certain clients), this is the way to do it. Highly recommended.

This Golf cart private tour was a great way to see the sites. Angelo was awesome!! He was friendly, knowledgeable, professional and even recommended a restaurant and dropped us off there as we requested ( Instead of drop off of hotel). We got to take photos and get out of the cart. This was truly the highlight of our trip to Italy! Angelo was an outstanding guide, who tailored the tour to our needs and interests. It was particularly enjoyable for my wife, who has somewhat limited mobility. The tour of San Miniato (a very old church on a hill that overlooks the city) was at once relaxing and breathtaking - particularly in terms of getting a panoramic view of Florence. I am not exaggerating in writing that I took the best photos of our two week trip to Italy from there! I would highly recommend the golf cart tour of Florence to anyone - especially to those who have mobility issues.

HORRIBLE Tour!

This was THE MOST horrible tour we have ever had. Our family travels extensively and often goes on private guided tours. My husband, my father in law and I have been to Florence numerous times but it was our daughters’ first trip to Firenze and we opted for a golf cart tour because my father in law is less mobile these days. We were all very excited about this tour… However, our guide, I think her name was Samantha, showed up 15 minutes late, unapologetic and practically spent the entire tour on her phone speaking with other people. She did not bother to get off the cart when we asked her to take some family photos for us. Other tour guides actually stepped in and offered to take our photos. The few times she was off her phone, she had little interest in us, or the sights we were seeing and could not be bothered to explain much. She complained to us that she was very busy as manager of the company - working till 11pm nightly. As a final insult for our tour - she actually ended the tour early. Someone suggested we contact the company and ask for a refund. But we thought it would be more helpful to write a review and share our experience with other travelers/families. Avoid this tour and guide at ALL cost! Terrible experience!! Would give zero stars if I could!!!

Samanta was friendly, accommodating, and knew the streets of Florence like the back of her hand. Impressive skills navigating the major thoroughfares and narrow alleys of this centuries-old city. A great tour if your party has mobility issues, or if it’s a rainy day, like on the day of our tour.

My family and I had a great time seeing parts of Florence we wouldn't have been able to get to without this Golf Cart Tour! Our tour guide, Angelo was knowledgeable and flexible. It rained almost our entire tour and that didn't take away from the incredible experience we had! We even got to stop at a wine window!!!

Achei desorganizado. Não tem ninguém no ponto de encontro pra dar qualquer informação. Fiquei estressada achando que tinha ido pro lugar errado. Qdo o carro chegou, já passava um pouco do horário. Não conseguia conexão de celular pra falar com a operadora ou com o Viator. O tour deixou a desejar. A guia colocou gravação em português, mas a gravação não explicava todos os pontos pelos quais passávamos. Passou só ao lado do Santo Spirito, e não falou nada, tampouco a gravação. Qdo perguntei se não iríamos passar por lá, disse que já tínhamos passado. Ela voltou depois. Acho que a guia tinha que ter dado explicação sobre os pontos pelos quais passamos.
