I showed up, 15 minutes after start time he cancels . Says he didn’t realize the booking. I said refund.

The Tour company assigned to guide our trip never showed. We arrived at the pick up place 10 minutes early and waited in sun for 40 minutes. We sent the company a text but never received a response. We called the number provided and it was not a good number. Viator did authorize a full refund

BEST activity on our trip. The private golf tour took 4 of us to some great photo spots including sunset over the city. We learned a lot of history & trivia too.

Milan was a fantastic tour guide. He was very knowledgeable about the city and we saw so much of Florence in a short period of time. I feel like it was a great way to get all the highlights of this beautiful city!

Our golf cart tour of Florence was the highlight of our trip! The driver was very accommodating to our route and timing preferences, making the experience feel personal and relaxed. We saw all the major sites of the city, with the absolute highlight being the Michelangelo statue atop the city, where the panoramic view of Florence was simply breathtaking. This is a fantastic way to see the city in comfort, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Florence on a condensed timeline.

We didnt have lots of time in Florence on this trip and there is so much to see so taking the tour on the golf buggy was a great way to get a flavour of some of the highlights and our guide was engaging, helpful and polite. He knew his stuff and talked with enthusiasm, our family all felt the tour was very very good.

This was the first tour we did in Florence on the first day we arrived. Meet up location was easy to reach, we able to see a lot in the city without walking. Our guide was very friendly and tried his best to give us more time to take pictures and also took lots of pictures for us. This was the only tour offered us bottles of water under 90 degrees, much appreciated. Highly recommend for those who want to browse around the city in a relaxing way without walking.

It was a colder day which hard to plan for but was not expecting it to be so cold on the cart. Additionally, hard to hear the guide even with the golf cart speakers due to traffic and pedestrians. Also, sometimes the tour felt a bit rushed, nice tour guide though. Overall, better for a summer activity, not late spring.

Enjoyed the tour but it wasn't quite what we expected. Although we ordered a tour in english, our guide didn't speak much english. The information we received was via taped messages and our guide wasn't able to answer many questions. The tour did take us to parts of the city we wouldn't have seen if we didn't have a car. Was surprised that the guide ended the tour at the entry to his shop.

Outstanding opportunity to see the must-see locations. Our guide, Freddy was friendly, spoke English well and was kind and thoughtful. It was better that the hop on/hop off bus for Florence!

Our guide Danny was fabulous. Her spoken english was perfect and she was very knowledgeable about what she was showing. Always offered to take our pictures at senic view points. Our tour was actually a little longer than advertised so that was nice.

The golf cart tour is the way to go! Milan our tour driver answered all of our questions. He was knowledgeable and we had plenty of time with only the short amount of time we had off of our cruise Norwegian Viva.

It was a simple drive-up, see the place, take a quick photo and go, sort of tour. In 98° heat, we were so glad we booked this. The view from Michaelangelo Plaza was fantastic and quick ascend and descend down the hills was fun.

Our tour guide knew the best spots for pictures. He pointed out some “secret“ ones. We were able to cover a lot of ground in a short period of time on the golf cart.

Highly recommend this tour. It was a great way to spend a shorter time in Florence but see alway the major attractions. Our guide was informative and efficient. We enjoyed our tour very much. Was the perfect way to end a long vacation when we were tired and didn’t want to walk everywhere.

Our driver, Federico, was awesome. Friendly and accomodating, he showed us so many wonderful places, allowed us time for photos and stopped wherever we wanted. He gave us so much information and always with a smile. I’ll be back next year and will do it all over again.
