Very nice and relaxing tour with beautiful scenery. Our driver was very sweet and accommodating, allowing us plenty of time to enjoy the views and offering to take family photos along the way. This was a great way to get the panoramic views! Definitely recommend.

Sebastian gave an amazing insider/local tour of the hills outside the city center and we could not have been more pleased. I booked it last minute and it was well worth it! Kids (16 and 12) enjoyed it also. He gave us great restaurant and customer leather shop recommendations too.

Amazing and personal experience. Eman was a great tour guide with a a wealth of knowledge. The pace was perfect. Never felt rushed at any moment. Abysmal experience

Absolutely appalling experience. Walked 1 mile in the midday heat to be on time for golf buggy tour of Florence. Inconvenient pick up location on the edge of Florence. The golf buggy did not show up! No message no nothing. Answer machine when you called. No call back. We had a young child with us that made the dire experience ten times worse. Rest assured I will not only be claiming a refund but also compensation. Shockingly bad

Unfortunately, this tour did not meet our expectations and was not worth the price. We arrived at the designated meeting point early and waited for almost 15 minutes. We even walked inside the hotel to make sure we weren’t missing the guide. When we returned outside, there was a golf cart labeled “Accord,” while our ticket listed “Eco Italia Tours.” Since the company name didn’t match, we weren’t sure it was our tour. During that time, the driver never asked whether we were waiting for the tour or checked our names. Instead, we received a phone call from the operator asking if we were coming, and the interaction felt abrupt when I explained the confusion caused by the different company names. Before booking, I specifically called to ask whether the tour would be private or shared, and I was told it would not be with other people. However, the tour was shared, which was disappointing because it was not what we expected based on the information we were given. The biggest issue was the seating arrangement. We were seated facing backward in the golf cart, which quickly caused motion sickness. This wasn’t related to the heat—it was the constant backward-facing position combined with frequent stops and starts. At each stop, it was difficult to see the sights because we had to twist around to look, and by the time we did, the driver was already moving to the next location, creating even more motion. We felt unwell for the remainder of the tour and continued to feel sick after returning to our hotel. While the city itself is beautiful, the organization, communication, and tour experience fell well short of what we expected. Clearer meeting instructions, accurate booking information, and assigning all passengers forward-facing seats would have made a significant difference.

Very unaccomodating with a sick kid and when we wanted to adjust time they threatened additional fees. Guide was nice and understanding but office staff was extremely rude. Also found out they can’t even drive in ZTL so the tour doesn’t see most of the sites you are paying to see. Look elsewhere!

Dear Brandon, we're sorry for the inconvenience, but we'd like to clarify what happened out of fairness to other travelers. The tour never actually took place: our driver was ready from 9:00 AM with the vehicle and the two requested child seats, and waited at the agreed meeting point (10:00 AM) until 10:30 AM without you showing up. When we reached you by phone, you were 37 minutes away. When we offered to postpone the start to 2:00 PM to accommodate you, the response was verbally aggressive. You never actually requested a refund, either. We remain available to clarify further with Viator/Tripadvisor, whom we have already contacted with supporting evidence.

Amen was a fantastic guild! He was very knowledgeable and informative during our tour. We really enjoyed this golf cart ride through Florence. The meeting point was a bit confusing for me but he called and found us at our location. I would recommend this tour of Florence.

Aziz was a terrific guide. He was very friendly and professional. My husband was having an off day (health related) and couldn’t make it all the way from our hotel to the meeting place so I had him wait outside an hotel halfway to the meeting place. Aziz was so accommodating and understanding to go pick him up. He went further and dropped us off as close as possible at the end of the tour. Over and beyond for personalize service. The tour was great. He drove us to some sight that we did not see on the golf cart tour that we took last year. We stopped at several awesome panoramic views of the historic city. Highly recommend this tour and Aziz. He is wonderful and he won’t disappoint.

This was a great tour! I don’t think my kids would have tolerated the walk up to Piazzale Michelangelo nearly as well as the golf cart! We were able to enjoy a breeze in this July heat as well. Ricardo was wonderful and very knowledgeable. Would do this again.

The golf cart tour is an excellent way to see outer Florence and surrounds and a fantastic way to see fabulous city views without having to walk uphill in the heat. However our driver had very little English and the commentary on the speaker in the cart was only turned on about three times - instead loudly playing Boney M songs! We felt we should have gotten a lot more information for the price we paid. That said we did enjoy the trip.

AMAZING Tour and highly recommend. Amyen was our guide and he was the superior. With the crazy heat, we stopped for sodas and took our time on this fantastic tour. My husband commented that it far exceeded his expectations. Would do this again in a heartbeat.

We were looking for something to do outside of Galleria dell’Accademia and Basilica Santa Maria di Fiore. This was that and my nephew loved seeing where Galileo spent his final years. He also took us somewhere with an incredible view of the city and it was welcome to sit down for a bit. On the other hand though, our guide was 20+ minutes late, and did not respond to messages through the app nor phone calls. After picking us up, the tour ran the original length of time so he did not make up for the time he was late. The golf cart sat 5 (plus driver) with two of those being reverse facing seats. I and another passenger were in throes back seats and could not hear a word the guide said. They need to have speakers on the golf cart or some kind of headset for passengers. In my opinion this was not worth the cost and would not recommend.
