Amazing and personal experience. Eman was a great tour guide with a a wealth of knowledge. The pace was perfect. Never felt rushed at any moment. The points of interest offered stunning views and intimate landscapes through the hidden corridors of Florence. I enjoy the small personal guided experiences and this was top tier. Thanks again!

This guide was fantastic. Had great information, answered all questions and gave us time for taking photos. Florence was fantastic, but please don’t use this review for Roma, because that’s a complete opposite.
Fun tour! Tiziano was an engaging and colorful guide who drove us through uncrowded streets and showed us the beautiful landscape vistas just outside the city. Really, it is the best way to go up to the hills and visit the "other" David in piazzale Michelangelo.
The driver was over 30 min late. He don't take us to all the places bc it got dark! We asked for phone call and texts for refund or discount and got no answer
Mario did a great job, showing us area of Florence we never saw before , look forward to the next time
It was nice to get out of the city and go into the countryside. Our guide Eduardo was excellent and was able to answer all our questions.
Was bit of a disappointment. Initially the guide Edwardo did not point out the significant places we were passing by. Upon asking about the places written in the itinerary he said we had already passed those places! He only stopped and explained two places... a basilica and Michael Angelo square. Later explained a little about Galileo's villa. Not recommended.
So fun! We ended up seeing the sites at night and it was beautiful. We got to see so much in our short visit. It was worth it!
It was delightful! Our guide was great! He was very knowledgeable. I wish I could remember his name (He was originally from Tunisia & had come to go to school in engineering & ended up up loving history & Firenze).
Excellent tour! Aymen was great and we really enjoyed getting just away from the city a bit to see the amazing view of all of Florence from above. Beautiful!
The tour guide was excellent. He was very informative- and a careful driver! It was lovely to see some of the countryside.
We booked this private golf cart tour for three people, including my wife’s 80-year-old mother, and it was the low point of our trip. The guide was rude and overbearing from the start, ran the tour entirely on his own program, and would not listen to anything we asked, including simple requests about where we wanted to stop. He spent a significant part of the tour on his phone. His personal hygiene was also a real problem in a small golf cart for two hours. We had booked this specifically because it seemed like the ideal way for an elderly traveler to see Florence, and instead we spent the time counting the minutes until it was over. The city is wonderful; this operator is not. I would not recommend this tour and would advise anyone booking to look elsewhere.
It’s a great way to see some of the sights from the other side of the Arno River - beautiful scenery and you do stop at Piazza Michelangelo

The driver/tour guide was outstanding! Unfortunately our tour got off to a shaky start after being rescheduled to the afternoon from our original morning start. I say it got off to a shaky start since our driver was 30 minutes late.
That is why I did not give the tour five stars.
(I also thought I had booked a private tour but the couple we who joined us were a lot of fun so I guess it is not a big problem for us).
DO NOT BOOK THIS TOUR. This was terrible. Nothing as described. Basically just an expensive Uber ride. Didn’t take us to even half of the listed destinations, no tour guide - just a driver that did not speak the language we were told they would. When we asked why we had no commentary - he briefly played what I can only guess was a Wikipedia article over his Bluetooth speaker - which described some monument that was nowhere to be seen - as we drove through a country road. I got more from google as I followed our ride in AppleMaps.
I only booked this as a last minute pivot after our previous tour got cancelled- and I wish I hadn’t. What a waste of time. I am sure there are better, LICENSED tour companies in Florence. DO NOT BOOK THIS TOUR.
A few hiccups before we started. Tour supposed to start at 7:00 but received a message timed at 4:30 of which Viator did not alert me too . Only reason I saw it was at 7:00 no tour guide and I was going to message them . Circumstances led to a 7:30 departure now. I responded ok we are here and will be waiting. At 7:30 gentleman on bicycle arrived and said because we hadn’t responded to message earlier they set up another tour and would currently have to wait another 20 mins , He did wait with us and when golf cart arrived he apologized and said to give them 2 hrs instead of alloted 90 mins. Tour itself was fantastic and in the evening to see all the lights . Just beautiful. Simone was an excellent guide and stopped for plenty of pictures and even took our pictures for us. Would definitely recommend just be aware of messages and some possible delays
This was a fun way to explore a part of Florence we had not intended to see. The driver was knowledgeable and fun. Many scenic overlooks for pics as well.
We were picked up at the hotel promptly at the determined time. We rode safely through the streets of Florence where most vehicles couldn’t go. Knowledgeable guide and beautiful city . Yaiman was our guide and he was great!
I never got to take my Florence tour. I was waiting for the golf cart when a woman approached two other people and me and asked if we had booked the tour. We all said yes. At that point, there were 8 of us waiting, and we were already wondering how everyone would fit in the golf cart. Eventually, 2 more people arrived, while 2 others were also waiting, bringing the total to around 12 people.
While we were waiting, one woman received a message saying that her tour had been rebooked for a later time. Another woman said the exact same thing had happened to her the previous day, and she had been rebooked for this day.
Once 3 PM arrived, we waited outside for about 20 minutes. A golf cart eventually appeared, so I approached the driver to ask about the tour. Instead of stopping to speak with me, he drove to another corner. I followed him, but he only said that he had another tour booked around the corner and did not give me an opportunity to explain that I was waiting for the tour.
I then called the phone number provided for the supposed company handling the reservations, but the number was not even in service. I also never received any update, cancellation notice, or explanation about what was happening.
At this point, I cannot say for certain what happened, but the entire experience felt extremely suspicious and poorly organized. I paid for a tour that I never received, received no proper communication, and was left standing outside with other customers who appeared to be experiencing similar issues. I would strongly recommend being very cautious when booking this tour.

It was awful the driver never showed up. We tried calling the company and it went straight to an automated vm. It should be 0 stars !!!!!!
Booked this excursion for my 80 year old mother and I whilst in Florence. Arrived at 4.50, waited over an hour, called, emailed, tried contacting every way possible. Nothing back. Total rip off, don’t book this or use this company. The help centre is useless, the messaging service ignored.
An excellent afternoon travelling the countryside of Florence with a very knowledgeable guide (Imen) who pointed out areas of interest and had an excellent knowledge of the history of Florence.
Had the best time!! Very informative & the guide was awesome!! And since it was later in the day, we got to avoid the heat!
We loved having Ayman as our tour guide! He was very engaging and knowledgeable on the history of Florence. The views were incredible and we highly recommend this tour to anyone who wants to see a different side of Florence!
Tour was great but had to wait over 40 minutes for Americans who eventually didn’t turn up. Tour guide and driver was very very good faboulas tour
What a great way to experience the sights of Florence that would otherwise be impossible. We had an incredible experience, which we otherwise would have never been able to see or do, without the cart. Our driver was fun and knowledgeable and provided us with an incredible day.
We so enjoyed riding through the beautiful hills outside Florence on a golf cart. It was so much better an experience than being on a tour bus. We had a great tour guide who provided so much information. We highly recommend!
Cool low-key way to get out and see the surrounding area better. Lasted just the right amount of time. Our driver brought us to all the good stops and pointed out important things along the way.
We had a family emergency and I tried to get a hold of them the day before the scheduled activity and I got no response. I had another activity later that day which was a cooking class and was able to cancel with no problem. I was staying in Rome abd explained the emergency and they gave me back my money. I would not book with them again. They never returned my call even to tell me no I could not cancel. Very poor communication. I would not take a chance with them.
