Henok Zerom Excellent Driver

Henok Zerom was our driver and he his a true gentlemen and genuine person. He was very prompt and even when I sent him to the wrong pick up spot he had no attitude or anything just wanted to make sure we got picked up and taken care of. Good conversation helped with luggage with no hesitation. There was 3 of us and we had 8 pieces of large luggage because we were going to Hawaii the next day for our daughters wedding. We had a pick up from the airport on Thursday and a return on Friday. He was there for us early again on Friday and it was like an old friend picking us up. He insisted helping us take the luggage inside. Even though we said we got it, he insisted and took it all the way to the ticket counter for us to check in. Both ways we had great conversation and we even talked about our families and I loved that family is his most important thing. Good man and great service. I would request him 10 out of 10 times.

The driver charged extra for tolls...

The driver charged extra for tolls and the entry into the DFW terminal. This was inappropriate as nowhere in the confirmation document did it mention additional charges would be applicable. Also, we had to come up with 5 additional dollars so this just made the experience unpleasant. Lastly, it was my understanding that the fee for transfer covers the cost. So, overall not a good experience.
