Captains were great and very knowledgeable. Made the trip fun and informative. Saw manatees, beautiful sunset and learned about the springs.

The no see-ums. It would be very nice for you as a company to forewarn future customers of the insect problem. Perhaps even provide some bug spray prior to departure. It was awful. All the kids were scratching; we could barely hear the guide because the bugs occupied attention.

Though it was a poor time of year to see manatees, we were able to see many seabirds and an eagle. The sunset was spectacular and the tour guide was very knowledgeable and entertaining.

Saw all parts of Plantation Bay. The sun only peeked out for a minute when we just started out on the "sunset" cruise but it was still fun. Wind kept it a little cool, so make sure you take a wind breaker or jacket. Saw eagles and dolphins and got a very informative talk during the cruise from the captains about the ecolgy of the bay and the springs.

Our tour guide and driver were humorous, knowledgeable and entertaining. The mtg spot was not clear. There was no signage pulling into the lot. The address led to a hotel and it was not made clear the mtg spot was on the water in front of the hotel.

It was just a beautiful sunset. The Captain had very interesting info. Had a great time. We would recommend this cruise for families and couples.

We booked the sunset as we have a little one who loves to see the sunset. Unfortunately it turned into a manatee search and then an adult needed to use the bathroom which then turned into a rushed boat ride and not much of a sunset. With having 7 of my own children, we used the restroom before boarding. Was on the water maybe an hour total with returning to dock with most of that time being searching for a manatee. The captains were entertaining talking and giving facts of bay. It was an okay experience. I wouldn’t do it again.

The most memorable part was watching the manatees play around., then came the most beautiful part and that was watching the sun set over the horizon and all of the colors that were created in the sky.

Beautiful sunset, we saw several manatees in multiple areas. The knowledgeable staff insured that we had a great cruise. We had two dolphins sightings a baby alligator. This is a must do cruise. I will definitely be back.

Captain Mark and first mate Ryan were excellent guides, knowledgeable, entertaining and engaging. Also very helpful as one of our party must use a walker and needed assistance. We saw manatees, dolphins, an egret, brown pelicans, cormorants, a bald eagle and other species of birds and fish. Also saw an alligator. The weather was great, sunset was beautiful. Kudos for a great tour. Mark and Ryan were very considerate of all the passengers.

A beautiful sunset! The guide on our trip seemed very knowledgeable. If you are expecting to see an abundance of manatee, then you might be a little disappointed.

Greeting was very friendly boat clean lots of room & Saedty was all addressed. ....but Listening to motor shifting gears....crunch crunch Was very difficult to hear the guide. Would of been helpful if the guide wore a Microphone. Plus walk around instead of staying in front of boat behind the wheel of boat. Overall considering there was no Visible Sunset would of been better if we were brought to where manatees could be.

The guide and driver of the boat were both very cool and fun. The guide was very knowledgeable about all of the conservation efforts going on in Crystal Springs and we got to see several areas and lots of wildlife.
