Loved our guide and storyteller Katara. She had a lot of history as well as great stories. We were lucky enough to have a beautiful night in Cleveland to walk. I will definitely recommend this to friends and family. We have taken other ghost tours in bigger cities than Cleveland. This one is by far the best.

Really enjoyed this experience overall! Michele was a great guide and storyteller which made the experience enjoyable. Loved seeing parts of downtown Cleveland and learning about Cleveland history in addition to ghost stories.

Not a great experience. The guide was nice but struggled with any kind of cohesive tour. Her stories a were hard to follow and the locations she had us stand were not ideal to hear her and the speaker system was not great. We ended up leaving the tour half way through it was so poor.

We really couldn’t wait for it to be over (rambling about people seeing ghosts over the years with zero context or site visits other than cemetery) and then they left the group a mile from where we started. Hard pass.

Our guide was wonderful, shared so much history and information. Lots of walking, need to change your description of the tour to more like 2 miles.

It was fun but lacking proof or details to validate the stories
Tour guide filled the gap of story well but I feel like more developed stories with pictures or something would bring it better.

Much like any ghost tour, if you are new to an area and you wanna learn a little bit about the city’s history, there’s not a better way to just quickly get a feel for the city. Plus, you get to see a lot of where the nightlife and interesting buildings are right away. The guide seemed very knowledgeable and friendly.

A great history tour. The tour operators were very knowledgeable about local history. The stories were more interesting than spooky. Would have been better in the dark....I will keep this is mind when booking during summer. The operators were very friendly and answered questions. Would have liked more theatrics (costumes and such). Overall a good tour!

The tour was represented as a “ghost tour” but we did not feel that was our experience. We did get caught in a big rain storm but the ghost stories fell flat and didn’t make sense. The tour should focus on the historical aspects of downtown Cleveland with ghostly anecdotes. We were shown many historical sites and told great stories about the history of the area but the “paranormal” didn’t make much sense. The history and the details of the buildings and the cemetery were very interesting and these ghost stories could be incorporated. I would not book a “ghost tour” again but I might consider a historical tour of downtown. Finding out the A in Moses Cleaveland was dropped when the City was named for him, the stories or the buildings, Native American burial sites, statues on square were all informative. Our guide seemed to know a great deal about the history of the area and he should focus on sharing his knowledge. Both guides were very nice and we enjoyed walking the downtown area with narration.

When you could hear, be that in the busy downtown areas or the quiet cemetery, the local history and ghost stories were interesting. There was something off with my tour guide’s mic and the sound kept getting cut off whenever my guide wasn’t facing us. So if you do decide to attend this tour, hope that the sound works.

Been to Cleveland multiple times and thought we would give this a try. Very disappointed. Started off by being told the EMF detector that was supposed to be included, per there web site, was not. It was one of the reasons we booked so it would keep my 8 year old entertained. Showed them our booking and where it was stated and they didn't care, they just shrugged us off. Then we were Introduced to the guide, but couldn't tell you our guides name bc her accent was so thick, which also made it hard to hear/understand her stories. The stories were plain, she had a hard time getting them out and didn't seem very enthusiastic. It also felt like most of them were the same thing. We were NOT impressed and others that we spoke with in person were not impressed/happy with the tour either. We would NOT recommend this tour.

Really glad that I booked this ghost tour. Star was our tour guide and she couldn't have been any better. She was very informative, fun, and listened to you as well as answered questions you may have had. Learned a lot about the city and the ghosts. Didn't actually see any but the emf detectors that we each had were all doing different things so there was definitely something around especially in the cemetery. My son felt something touch his shoulder and got pretty spooked by it. I also liked how even though the tour ended she walked back to the starting point with us. Felt very safe during our adventures and had a blast doing it. I highly recommend this tour.
