Knowledgeable, friendly, and likeable guide

Carolina was a very knowledgeable and friendly food tour guide. She has a very bubbly personality and makes sure she takes care of her clients. She handled a last-minute list of food allergies, and was very thoughtful with each order. On the 2.5-hour-plus tour, we had a variety of food including marinated herring, a Turkish doner, decadent donuts, and a meal that included spaetzle with cheese that was topped with bacon and a currywurst with fabulous french fries. Compared to other food tours, and we've done a bunch, the amount of food was above average. We took home Turkish sandwiches (doners), some spaetzle, and two donuts. We were having such a good time with Carolina that she had to pull herself away to get to her next tour that was slated to begin in just 15 minutes. I definitely would recommend this food tour, but you are guaranteed a top-notch experience if Carolina is your guide.

Carolina’s wonderful food tour!

Carolina took us on a food tour our first night in Berlin. She provided us with lovely commentary about the area and delicious food from shops in the market. We had herring sandwich appetizers, out of this world kebabs, German donuts, curry wurst, traditional German dishes to end the evening. Thank you Carolina. Absolutely wonderful experience.

Great tour and not just food. Lots of history and interesting tidbits. Our guide was great. She was personable and really knew her stuff. The food was good along the way—make sure you are hungry because it’s a lot.

This is a wonderful tour but definitely a street food tour! If you are wanting to try assorted German dishes this is not the tour for you, but if you're looking to have some good fun with a local and try some places you would have never thought of before it's great!
