Fabulous meal. Staff Great, friendly and helpful. The food was really good and we managed to hit happy hour before 6pm.

Worst thing for us was souvenir shop closed at 10pm so didn’t have chance to shop. My husband was very disappointed as he has a T-shirt from every Hard Rock he has visited, which is in excess of 20

Ultimate package is a rip off. Two adults booked via Viator with two young children to be paid on the day.
The ultimate menu is the same as the gold menu except a t-shirt. It’s actually cheaper to get the gold package and buy the t-shirts separately if you are bothered by them. If not go gold as there is no other difference and you’ll save a fortune. Gold menu is very limited, only one dessert offered for example whereas open menu has multiple options.
Will say that the staff at the Hard Rock were very apologetic but of course not their fault. Viator should review the cost and worthiness of the ultimate package.
Food itself is what you would expect from a chain like this. Not amazing but ok. Service was slow and the venue was not particularly busy.

This was a good value booking. Food was good and very generous serves. We certainly ate too much. Staff were very friendly and the Cafe was only 5 minute walk from our hotel Swissotel so very convenient.

Really easy!
Was good because at dinner time there is a long wait for a table but with ticket we got a table straight away.
Staff so friendly and fun atmosphere.
Food delicious as always and worth the price.
Being restricted to set menu actually prevented us from over spending and over indulging

Excellent place as all Hard Rock Cafes worldwide! New menu for Viator bookers! Very appealing the Grilled Salmon! I am a fan of Hard Rock Cafes and nexth month I am visiting Argentina and Brazil and I encourage Viator to offer Hard Rock Cafe menus in BRazil and Argentina!

The menu is limited and the decorations within this Hard rock are very limited. However the guitar made out of remnants of the Berlin wall was kinda cool

I have been to several Hard Rock cafes around the world and this was by the worst. We booked the Ultimate menu package which was essentially a set menu and t shirt deal. When we arrived the waitress didn't know what the voucher was and had to ask someone else. They then couldn't find a menu for us to choose from. This meant the Manager had to come over to our table to verbally tell us what the meal choices were and we had to tell him there and then what we wanted. When the main course Fiesta Burger arrived we asked for medium rare it was basically what can only be described as Steak Tartare. It was completely raw throughout. It was stone cold and the bun was completely soggy and wet. A major disappointment from an establishment that it meant to know how to cook a burger. The burger must have been sat on the pass for over 20 minutes for it to be served like this. Not what I would call Ultimate.

Situated in the main shopping street it was a welcome relief to sit down and take some repas. J our waitress was very pleasant and could not do enough for you. The food was plentiful but the usual menu for the Hard Rock .

Marginal food. Skip the line voucher not honored - still had to wait 25 minutes for table, and then only in bar and not restaurant where all the memorabilia was. Skip this one...many nicer places to go in area. The server was nice, but not a great overall experience.

Very thankful that I had bought this deal as it got us a table on a very busy Friday night much quicker than the other walk-in customers. The price was reasonable though the set menu a bit limited. Food tasty and atmosphere good.

We had a gold menu (Gold ???). As a dessert we had a very basic Ice cream and no choice regarding the flavor.
Very disapointed. I don't recommand at all.
