Sofia was phenomenal! My family and I don’t travel often and became slightly overwhelmed with all the details -like how to get from our hotel near Disney in Anaheim to universal studios and back on New Year’s Eve. The entire process through Viator was easy and the pick up and drop off was seamless.

After you book with Viator, book a time/date with Universal or check the ticket in your email. We had a bit of trouble getting in but management was very helpful and also gave us express passes for some rides
