An unforgettable experience, worth every minute and every dollar!**

I cannot say enough wonderful things about our tour guide! I've traveled quite a bit, and I genuinely don't think I've ever had a guide who was so incredibly knowledgeable, entertaining, and engaging. What could have been a beautiful sightseeing tour turned into one of the most fascinating and memorable experiences of our trip. From the moment we started, we were completely captivated. He managed to weave together Italian history, pop culture, food, geography, and hilarious cultural observations in a way that made every minute interesting. He spoke perfect English and Italian, which gave us the best of both worlds, and had the most incredible storytelling voice. I would love if he also narrated audiobooks or hosted a podcast tbh. And the food! We had authentic Neapolitan pizza on the way to Pompeii, stopped at the Di Capri family's limoncello factory, and learned so much about Italy's regional cuisines and culinary traditions. He even taught us how to spot tourist-trap restaurants, why pasta is *supposed* to be al dente, and to never order fettuccine Alfredo bc that's from NYC (did not know). These are the kinds of little details that you take home and remember forever. Pompeii itself is breathtaking. Visiting has been a lifelong dream of mine, and the experience exceeded every expectation. I truly cannot recommend this tour or our guide highly enough. He has such a gift for bringing history and culture to life, and his enthusiasm is contagious. Worth every minute, every dollar, and then some! If you have the opportunity to take this tour, DO IT!

Wonderful and accommodating

The office asked us to change the start time of the tour from 10 AM to 8 AM. We did not respond because we were asleep. The office changed the reservation without our permission and told the guide to cut the tour to 90 minutes when we met him at 10 AM. He refused and gave us the full three hours. He was extremely competent and gave us exactly the well-informed and helpful guided tour that we needed for our initial visit to Rome.

Fi is the very best guide

The tour was informative, engaging and funny. It was a great relief to have Fi as our guide being an expat English woman who knew her stuff. She kept us engaged the whole way despite the battle with the over crowding the enormous amount of tourists cause. And it was mid October! You won't be sorry with this tour with Fi as your guide.

Magnificent coliseum and Palantine Hills

Tour company easy to find and well organized. Tour guide was very knowledgeable and repeated important info. Pace was a little hectic but tour guide stopped often for head count and to allow for photo opportunities. Definitely would recommend this experience to others that are coming to Rome.

Such a magnificent place to visit

Absolutely loved this experience, it was an amazing experience! You do have to take ID with you such a as a passport or driving licence and names must match, we was told a photo on your phone of the ID would be accepted but we chose to take our actual IDs just to be safe. I will advise to book online way ahead of your trip, I made the mistake of not doing this thanks to our travel agent and missed the opportunity to go onto the area and lower areas. Plenty of things inside to see aswel and full of information regarding the history of the colosseum and its people. Beautiful place for photos. Shop inside is quite expensive for souvenir's.

This is the best way to tour Vatican City

This is the perfect way to see Vatican City. The lines are long, so getting a "front of the line" privilege was very valuable. Alex was our guide, and it was clear he knew all the ways to get us the best view of everything we saw. He was very knowledgeable about the works of art, Vatican history, and Roman history, which made our tour come to life. We really enjoyed learning everything about Vatican City, seeing all the relevant sites, and Alex deserves the credit for being a great tour guide.

A fun experience

I booked this tour on our first day in the city. It was the perfect way to all of the highlights. Izaak was an amazing guide! He was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond for my family. I was with some older people so walking for long periods is a challenge but thanks to this tour we were able to get up close and see everything. Great tour by an enthusiastic guide.

Probably just me, but I struggled with accent some times (my wife did not). Despite that, Ting gave us an excellent tour. She had tons of information, walked at a speed our two disabled group members could manage and took ample stops to provide more information and all the group to get back together. She was enthusiastic and exudes passion for the site and the history of Rome. Might be a good idea to offer the group a toilet break early on, so they don’t have people struggling midway through? This is a comprehensive tour and you get your money’s worth. If you’re looking for a quick run through, look elsewhere.

A must-do if you want to visit Vatican

If you want to visit the Vatican, this is mandatory in my opinion. The lines to get tickets and security are insanely long, it’s crazier than any other landmark in Rome. You meet at the office then a short walk over to Vatican. Skip the ticket line entirely and straight to pre-registered group security line. We do a (very) quick pass through the museum, ample time at Sistine chapel, and end at the Basilica / Square. The museum is insanely big (takes 2 days to see it all). Lucia was friendly and an exceptional guide, I would recommend this tour to anyone.
