Great overviem of key historical sites for a family with kids

“Mary” moved us through the sites at the perfect pace. Beating the crowds. Taking breaks in the shade. Giving plenty of time for family photos. And sharing just the right amount of detail to keep the kids (and adults!) engaged. She even left us with a list of local restaurant recommendations. Highly recommend for a family to experience the highlights of the Colosseum, Palatine Hill, and the Forum without getting too in the weeds. Recommend taking the earliest tour to beat the heat and the crowds.

We had a fantastic guided tour of the Colosseum and Palatine Hill. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. She did an excellent job weaving stories with historical facts making the tour engaging and fun. We extracted so much more out of our experience having her as our guide. She kept us informed the entire time of what to expect next - stairs to climb, bathroom breaks, water stations, etc. I would 100% recommend this tour company to anyone visiting Rome. You will not be disappointed.

Must Do in Rome

Our tour guide Barbara was exceptional. Her knowledge of the history of the sites we visited was encyclopedic in nature. Moreover, it was an extremely hot day yet she was able to keep the tour moving and provide breaks and shade where we could. I would recommend.

If it is a warm day, be sure to bring some water in a bottle. You will be able to refill it during the tour. The guide was calm, full of knowledge and very easy to understand. And if there is a problem during the trip. She will have a solution. Very good experience!

See the sights, have fun and gain perspective on what makes each city unique and special! What a fun day!

A bus tour was highly recommended by friends who have traveled Italy and we were very happy we did as well. The stops in Siena and San Gimignano were especially enjoyable, but what really made the excursion memorable was the history and perspective of the different communities offered by our outstanding tour guide Leah! She was charming, knowledgable and funny...and she kept a group of about 60 people on schedule. If we ever return to Italy we will do this again and I recommend it to anyone else traveling to Florence. It was an incredibly memorable day!

Zara was an excellent...

Zara was an excellent guide! She was very knowledgeable and did a great job leading us through quickly despite the high heat. I appreciated how she pointed out things to look for as we made our way through, especially with the Sistine Chapel. It was just the right amount of time ending at the basilica with free time to roam around.

We were actually late for this tour and we’re not able to take it with our guide, but they are kind enough to give us the audio for a self guided tour and that was very very nice. We took our time walk through the museum. They were able to see everything we wanted to and a relaxed fashion. We highly recommend this tour to anyone.

A must do

The whole experience was so easy. Greeted at the door to ticket office and sorted. Staff and plenty of them so friendly. Equipment was great. Had the best tour guide (Xena) was unbelievable. So knowledgeable, funny and caring. Just made the whole trip a memorable experience. You have to have a tour guide on this visit. Cannot do it yourself as not a lot signage.
