Our tour guide was amazing!! We all had such a great time and the views of the city were amazing!! It was so cool to learn the history behind the buildings and the architecture. There were so many things I didn’t know about Chicago until this tour! We went at 11am and it was the perfect time to go! I would highly HIGHLY recommend! I would for sure go again, hopefully at night this time. Definitely my favorite part of the trip!

The guide was negative and gave too many personal views. I came with
my family, who were visiting from California and even they were all
Shocked. No one on the boat was into this guy. I only saw 2 people tip him. He saved me money. I normally trip generously. Clearly, he didn't want my white-collar money!!!! Such a joke. Spends 45 minutes spewing garbage and begs for tips at the end.
Stick to the architecture! I have been on several tours, and this was by far the worst. Will not use this company in the future.

It was me and my friends’ first time in Chicago and we all had a great time. Also the whole process was very easy! I recommend booking a 9 PM tour during summer to get the full night city view.

Fun experience, and a great way to see the buildings along the river. Fun to learn a little bit of history of the buildings too. Glad we went in the morning since it was going to be a hot summer day and we sat out on the top of the boat in the sun.

We had a great time, with Tess as our tour guide. We did the 9:30 AM 45 minute tour. It was a toasty summer day in June, so I'm glad we did the earlier tour and had a few clouds. Tess was extremely knowledgeable, and was a lovely narrator of the architectural styles, the city history, and other interesting bits about Chicago.
I've done the architecture tour before, and will definitely do it again.

This was a great tour and activity to do in the city! I love that the tour was 45 minutes and not any longer. The host was very entertaining and knowledgeable. The boat itself is very spacious and clean. I missed my scheduled tour time, but the representatives were very accommodating and helped transfer my tickets to another time. I would definitely use Wendella when hosting family again in the future! Thank you!

I must commend the highly engaging experience, largely attributed to the exceptional performance of our guide. My only concern pertains to the accessibility of the vessel. As an individual with a disability, I encountered significant difficulty navigating the boarding stairs. I regret not having been informed in advance about the absence of alternative access options. But all and all it was a GREAT EXPERIENCE!

Be very weary when booking online. I booked on a Thursday for a Friday June 26 Cicago boat tour at 1 PM and I didnt check my info till a few hours before. They booked it for Thursday the 25th the day before. I tried to see if I could still go on Friday after there mixup, but was denied telling me I had to pay again. Yes I should have probably checked earlier, but I picked Friday and thought nothing of it. A complete rip off. I will never book with Viatior again. They took my money once,but never again. I will find another way to book or not attend any events they distribute for. Terrible way to do business

Bring a light weight jacket and get there ahead of time there are quite a bit of steps could a physical challenge for some.

45 minute tour goes fast, no time for much else. Certain tour times fill up 100%. Get seated early. They will let you down in line about 30 minutes from tour start time - be there then. Supposedly there's parking nearby - look for good deals to avoid over walking.

Great food and the views with super light staff and the only thing I would just suggest is a free nonalcoholic drink with is purchase because it's not included.

It was great! The weather was great the buildings and scenery was great! 10/10 would recommend even the parking was good and close. The customer service people was really helpful and accommodating.
